Absolutely the place to go if you want to look your best. The owner Carlos and his barbers are not only skilled but professional. If I want to look my best, my man Beto or Carlos will have me looking great

LX Factory Barber Studio is the real deal. I’m 62 years old and I’ve been around some of the best barbers, so I know good work when I see it. I came in looking for a local spot just to line up my beard and mustache, and I’m glad I found this place. My barber is Roberto—always clean, detailed, and consistent. Carlos is solid too. These young fellas know what they’re doing. The shop has a great vibe—good conversation, respect, and professionalism. As an OG, I enjoy chopping it up with them about how barbershops were back in the day, and I respect how they’re holding it down now. Strong ownership, good presence, and quality cuts every time. I’ve already sent a few of my guys here, and nobody’s been disappointed. That alone says a lot. Salute to Roberto, Carlos, and the whole crew at LX Factory Barber Studio. If you’re looking for a solid barbershop with skill, respect, and good energy—this is it. 💈💯💪🏽🏆😎

I had a great experience at this barbershop. The barbers are professional, friendly, and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and I walked out feeling fresh and confident. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others.

I’ve been going to LX factory for the past 5 years and I have no complaints at all. Everyone in this shop is talented and will get you looking the best version of yourself. Great environment, clean and treats you top notch. If you’re looking for a new barber shop, make this your new home.

This was hands down the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. When you walk in, people say hi — and that’s literally the only positive thing I can say. There is no display of prices and no sign saying it’s cash only, which should already be a red flag. I clearly explained what I wanted, and the barber confidently said he could do it. I specifically told him not to cut my hair too short. Of course, he did the exact opposite and cut it way too short. His technique was honestly horrible. On top of that, I don’t even have a beard — not even stubble (maybe 0.01 inches of hair). When I asked if he could just clean it up with the machine, no foam, no shave, he said that would count as a beard service. I thought he was joking. He wasn’t. At the end, I told him straight up that I didn’t like the haircut. His response? “I can’t do anything, sorry.” No accountability, no attempt to fix it, nothing. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We take feedback very seriously, but we also feel it’s important to address several inaccuracies in this review.<br><br>You came in as a walk-in and were accommodated despite a busy schedule. Throughout the service, the barber repeatedly checked with you regarding the haircut to make sure it matched what you were asking for. At no point during the service did you request that the haircut be stopped or adjusted further.<br><br>Regarding pricing, our haircut prices are clearly listed online and are standard for our services. As for beard services, any beard line-up or machine work is considered a separate service, which is standard practice in most barbershops.<br><br>During the appointment, you were actively reading previous reviews on your phone and making comments about them while the barber was working, which made the situation uncomfortable for the staff. Despite that, the barber remained professional and completed the service.<br><br>We stand behind the quality of work our barbers provide and the professionalism of our team. Not consistent with the haircuts, came here a few times based off of reviews, but this last cut was EXTREMELY CHOPPY and unprofessional. They are charging ridiculous amounts for the type of cuts they are giving. I will never come back here again. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW BAD THE LAST CUTS WERE. EVEN AFTER TELLING THEM EXACTLY HOW TO CUT IT NUMEROUS TIMES, THEY STILL MANAGED TO SCREW IT UP. IT WAS A VERY CHOPPY AND MESSY CUT, SOMETHING A FRANCHISE BARBERSHOP WOULDN’T EVEN DO. Learn to give solid consistent cuts before charging premiums.

most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. The barber clearly assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and proceeded to talk trash about my hair while cutting it—thinking I couldn’t understand a word. Not only is that completely unprofessional, it’s also just plain disrespectful. I stayed quiet, but trust me, I heard everything. If you’re going to talk badly about your clients, at least make sure they’re not bilingual first—or better yet, try being a decent human being. Won’t be coming back.

LX is fantastic! The shop is clean and modern, and the staff is super friendly. Angelo gave me a great haircut, paying great attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch barber experience!

Carlos has been keeping my husband’s hair looking amazing for years and now we went back with our 1.5 year old. Carlos was amazing and attentive. He was also caring and patient. He made sure we were all comfortable. The shop is beautiful and clean. Top notch service. We love this place and recommended 100%!
