Really nice chill atmosphere. Brandon was very professional and accommodating. My son's hair was chopped up by someone else and it took him a while to grow it back. Brandon did a great job, he took his time and got my Lil man looking and feeling like himself again. He was so happy with his haircut!

Only barbershop in Nj that doesn’t butcher me up like chopped cheese. I always leave in style. It’s a cool vibe, great atmosphere. Everyone is very professional. They stay busy so I suggest making an appointment always!

I got lucky. I’m a Brooklyn transplant and moved central nj and thought I would have to head back to bk for my cuts. BOY WAS I WRONG. The team over at Basic Celebrity Barbershop can hang with the best of them for sure. Dope shop environment, I take my both of my boys there as well. Expect there to be a throwback black classic playing on the big screen or a keenfully curated playlist to pass the time. Look no further for all your barbering and hairstyling needs.

Best barbershop I've ever been to! Myself and my 2 sons have been going here since they have opened. The shop is very well kept and one thing that I extremely appreciate as a customer is the bathroom is always spotless. All barbers are highly skilled, professional, and friendly. I also like that I can make an appointment or just walk-in. The owner Travis is very courteous and knowledgeable. My hair is thinning up top and he was able to offer me other options to keep my hair without going bald. Thank you Basic Celebrity Barbershop!!!

Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY establishment. Location is very clean and neat looking. Maybe the service seems to be better because of these facts. A great place for fast service. Edit: Second time going here. The price was 25 vs the 17 the first time but it is an amazing deal still. The value of their cuts is like 40-50, so I can't complain. Had my hair cut from two people so far and both did very well, Mark was an exceptional barber. Forgot the other guy's name who works right next to him. Definitely plan on going many times again. Affordable service and exceptional results!

Nice atmosphere...the area is kept nice and clean...the barbers seem pleasant and happy to work there. I've been there twice so far and liked my haircut both times. Brandon does a nice job. The barbers take their time so don't come if you're in a rush because there is normally a wait. I walked in both times but they take appointments too. They cut my 3 year old's hair too. No complaints. Nice place.

I totally recommend this barbershop for many reasons....availability, cleanliness, positive and friendly atmosphere, sleek decor, professionalism and the patience of the barbers. Very nice atmosphere and pleasant personalities. Fernando and Mark cute my son's hair initially and I then tried Fernando for myself and was very impressed. Travis is always so welcoming as the first face you see when you walk in. Kim and Jayden. Our new home!!

My experience at Basic Celebrity Barbershop was beyond amazing and if I could give them 10 🌟🌟’s, I would. My son was serviced by Sabrina, who braided his hair and Travis who cut his hair. Both stylists were very professional and accomodating, due to my last minute decision to get his hair done. The atmosphere of the shop was very comfortable, filled with friendly staff, and I definitely recommend anyone of all ages to go there because you won’t be disappointed. My son was very pleased with the service he received and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for an excellent barber and hair stylist services in central Jersey check them out!!!

This barbershop really deserves 5 Stars, it’s exceptionally comfortable, modern and clean! The owner Travis took his time and gave my son the PERFECT hair cut! He left the shop feeling like a star, he said “I want him to cut my hair all of the time!” There isn’t a hair out of place! The owner is very professional, pleasant and takes appointments on time. Very nice at home environment, we will definitely be back in two weeks! Thank you!!!
