Great products that you can’t find anywhere else. I’ve purchased two of the same item twice for the cordless Wahl Detailers. I give them 4 stars only because the coupon codes they advertise don’t seem to work during checkout. Other than that, a very reliable source.

They had everything I wanted and even some stuff I needed and had given up on finding. Did not enough for free shipping, but cost was reasonable and shipping was lickety split. So glad I found them and didn't have to buy from you-know-who.

Thank you for your response. This is MARCUS XX—I left you a review about a week ago. Unfortunately, I can’t reply directly to your response, so I’m posting this as a new review. I disagree with several points in your reply—especially your claim that race has no bearing on how customers are treated. That simply does not reflect my experience at your establishment. Let me be clear: I’m not sure what planet others are living on, but here on Earth, every aspect of human interaction is impacted by race. Whether in Economics, Education, Entertainment, Labor, Law, Politics, Religion, Sex, or War—there is no sphere untouched by racial dynamics. The popular phrase “not everything is about race” is often used to dismiss valid concerns and avoid accountability, not to describe reality. Regarding your second point: you stated that you exhaustively inform customers about rusted or dull blades caused by improper oiling or storage. Let’s assume that’s true. But are you suggesting that your standard business practice involves lecturing every customer to the point where some feel personally insulted or implied to be unclean? If that were the norm, then two things would follow: 1. Your business model would undercut itself. If your advice led customers to maintain their tools perfectly, demand for your services would decline—which is counterintuitive for a business that relies on repairs and servicing. 2. You would risk alienating your own clientele. If people regularly walked away from your shop feeling judged, condescended to, or disrespected, they wouldn’t return. In my case, the tone, body language, and overall treatment I received strongly suggested that something more than just “maintenance advice” was going on. It felt racially motivated. And I don’t accept the “language barrier” explanation—courtesy and respect are universal. When they’re missing, people know it.

Great service fast shipping...I actually paid double the price of this blade cause I'm located in Canada but it worth ever penny .....I bought this blade to put on my caliber trimmer 22 stinger the blade fits perfectly no mod needed and it's a hitter super clean line ups and very good for debulking will buy again in the near future

good job. I made an order and was promptly informed that an item was not available. So I made an adjustment on e-mail and by phone. Customer service did answer promptly. Verified my order was change and I received all items today and they are great products. remember you get what you pay for. The trimmer I purchase works great.
