Janelle just did my twists and I'm so excited!! We watched a great show and we are forever bonded! Abdul was just as amazing in getting my kitchens 😆 Very good establishment for our hair needs and culture!

This Barbershop is amazing. My personal barber is Abdul. Every time I visit it’s always a pleasant experience. And they do not overcharge you for a haircut (prices are very reasonable)… not to mention Abdul is always in the shop on his grind. If you need a cut this is the place to be!

Hairology is not just a barbershop, it's a beauty salon as well. They also have really cool products available for purchase. It's new location has a really nice, upscale and relaxed and clean atmosphere. The barbers and beauticians have great personalities. They go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Having your hair done there is a self-care treat. If you are looking for a hairdresser, please request JANELLE STYLES!!! She is one of THE BEST hairdressers in NJ (and tell her I sent ya) ;-) I've had the pleasure of having her magical hands in my life for almost 20 years. She is extremely skilled at what she does and can create pretty much any hairstyle you can dream up.

My barber Guy is the best. It's not just the great cuts he gives me. It's also the hair tips, and the fact that he is great to talk to. I walked out of that shop feeling like a new man

I’ve been going to Janelle for several years and I love the care and love she puts into my hair. She’s knowledgeable of many styles from braids, to locs, short style, weaves and colors. She makes getting your hair done a relaxing enjoyable feeling where you leave feeling satisfied and cute!

Abdul is a master of his craft. Walked out of the shop feeling like a new man. Not only did I look great but I felt great too. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality cut especially if they have curly hair. Incredible value.

I wanted to get my 2 year old his first cut. This place was conveniently open Sunday mornings and appeared to be black owned so we gave it a try. I’m so happy we did. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and our barber did amazing with my son. We’ll definitely be returning.

I don't really go out of my way to write a review for a business unless the service was exceptionally terrible or exceptionally great. Luckily, in this case the service was the latter. I found this shop on a whim and i'm so happy I did because now this place will be my regular. Abdul did an amazing job on my hair as a walk-in, and to top it off I walked out with some gems. The place is clean and organized and the energy is like home. There's even a PRIVATE** area for the ladies to get their hair done which I thought was brilliant and my girl will be trying their hair services next. Thank you so much for the much needed conversation/professional advice, and for the sharp cut. Will be returning for as long as I live in NJ.
