My son is in a power chair They have a tiny step to get into the place. Four men lifted the chair with my son into the barber shop . Lukas cut his hair . Cleaned up his mustache and beard . He looked fantastic. They were outstanding. He's going to rock it at his brother Wedding this weekend . Thanks again

Lukas did such a great job not only cutting my 3yr olds hair…but also both of my 3 yr old nephews hair too. It was a great environment and everyone was so welcoming. We definitely will be coming back!

I personally love the whole environment. The staff is bilingual and very caring when it comes to little details. The prices are amazing considering the time and effort put into every little design in the cut and fade with a design. 10/10 recommend.

Johnnie provided excellent service. Gave me the confidence I had been lacking for a few months. First time at this place and he made me feel like I've been going there for years. (Wish I had discovered this place sooner) Valeu!

I had an ok experience with them, but there is a noticeable mismatch between their ratings and what this shop is like in reality. Had a simple cut done here, and they did a good job with that. The barber spoke enough English to get the work done, but everyone- including the young barber, was yelling in a different language the entire time I was there which I didn't mind but didn't find it welcoming. It was really loud even if I spoke their language!! Interior is run down and lacks character. Suits younger teenagers maybe?! Credit cards are accepted which is convenient. For $25, I think I got what I paid for, but there is always room for improvement.

Been searching for a barber since October 2021 that can cut my son’s hair just right. Decided to try Qtal out. Walked in not knowing what to expect. I didn’t want a fade wanted to keep the curl pattern etc but neatened up. Definitely was not disappointed. Victor pulled out the scissors, Afro pick and started shaping my son’s hair. He took his time and did not rush the process for my five year old. I won’t be driving 1 and 1/2 hours anymore to Essex County to get my son’s hair straight. Great job and will definitely refer others here.

Went in with my 5 year old to get our hair cut for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The staff were all friendly the barber took his time on both my hair and my son to make sure that he was doing what we wanted. I'll definitely be going back because I got compliments on the haircut both at work and out around town, plus the wife liked it.

I Absolutely love taking my toddler to get a hair cut at Qtal barbershop!!! We love the way Johnny treats him! Johnny is a professional barber who does an amazing job as expected! They are always on time with us, reasonable price! I will gladly recommend them! Not to mention how nice they all are and bilingual!!
