As a mom of two boys who’ve been to more barbershops than I can count, I can confidently say this one stands out. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference, especially with kids. The barbers are professional, listen to what you want, and consistently deliver great haircuts. Best of all, they’re quick without ever making the cut feel rushed. It’s a smooth, stress-free experience every time. Highly recommend!

Best barber I’ve ever had. Went to Shack because I saw all the great reviews here - they were all right! I’ve been going to Shack for the past four months and stopped going to my guy in the city. I’ve never had more compliments on my haircuts! Shack takes his time. Asks questions and always does a great job. He’s is the best!

I can't say enough about Shack and his professionalism. I met this guy at his old shop and immediately saw his attention to detail. We parted ways and I'm thankful we've been able to reconnect! His craft seems to have grown and his skillset is above par. He provides advice on haircuts and styles. What to do and what not do. His overall knowledge in different haircuts is synonymous with many major salons. I send him my friends and my family because I trust him. Best barbershop I’ve been to all my life. Been going to Shack since 2014. Followed him from his previous location. He is very personable and professional. I always get either a high or medium fade with some beard trimming and line ups. He also provides ear waxing which I do need every other haircut. He’s prices are good also. I always give him a big tip because he is the reason I have confidence in life. Always keeps me looking sharp. He’s great for all ages and types of hair. Thank you Shack and Alex!! Fantastic service all around!!

I Have been coming here for a few months and I have to say the place is awesome! I would testify that it’s the best in Bergen County. The first time I went I had a wedding the next day and Alex stayed late to make sure I looked great. It’s always clean and very friendly. Alex and shack can work wonders! 10/10
