Abdul is the man! He gave my (almost) two year old son a fantastic haircut. My toddler was nervous and Abdul made the whole experience a lot of fun. He was patient, caring, and worked quickly. Pic is from the walk home afterwards! 10/10

I went to this barber shop for the first time about two weeks ago. I walked in having no idea what type of haircut I wanted. I also was unable to answer any of Abdul's simple questions which would have helped him get an idea of what I wanted. Despite all of this, I ended up with an excellent haircut. Abdul is a master of his craft, and had me looking great in record time. I have never had such a time-efficient haircut. The shop was very clean and tidy. The wait was not long at all. Some friendly conversation was had during the cut which is always nice. The price was very reasonable, and the shop offers a punch-card system to reward frequent visitors. Two weeks later I am still very satisfied with the haircut & Abdul's attention to detail. I will definitely be returning. P.S. I apologize for not leaving this review sooner!

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxed atmosphere. My barber took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure everything was lined up perfectly. The attention to detail was on point, and I never felt rushed. The haircut came out exactly how I asked—clean, sharp, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, the staff was friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. Thank you Abdul

Friendly and professional staff. I had Abdul this time and he made sure to get it done perfect, even stopped me when I stood up to fix something he saw really quick. Every time I’ve come I’ve always left with a great haircut always shaped great at a good price.

Huge fan of this barber shop! Abdul hooked me up with a great hair cut and hot towel shave. He did a fantastic job and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Impressive and I receivers multiple compliments from my hair cut - I recommend trying it out if you haven’t

My husband, John Hellyer, and I have been coming to Pompton Plains Barber Shop for almost 10 years. Abdul, Andy, and the others are always very attentive, pleasant, and professional. It is easy to walk in there anytime they are open and be taken care of in the chair quickly. Great for all ages. We are in our 50s, but I have seen them do great work with young kids, nervous teenagers, old folks, and everyone in between. You really can't go wrong. I highly recommend them. Great Barber Shop! Got there early on a Saturday morning and I was first in the chair, Abdul was ready to give me a great cut. He was focused on making sure I was happy with the way he was cutting my hair, he did not disappoint. Prices are the best in the area. I highly recommend
