Best barbershop in Newark & around hands down. You can’t beat the price and level of service from Ariel's Barbershop! He always gives phenomenal cuts, and I can’t recommend this shop enough. This is the only barbershop that I bring my kids & recommend to all my family and friends!!!

Ariel is the only professional, charismatic barber there! Do not go to an individual by the name of Rafael, had an appointment for my son at 9:30, calls me at 9:01 saying how I’m late and should have called when there is a ten minute grace period, I would have been there no later than that as my child is getting ready, I live right there! I apologized he continues to talk down to me about being late and how I should have called that now I’m making him late for the next client so I said okay let’s cancel then and left it there, he then starts texting me, I said it’s done, he continued to text me!!! Extremely unprofessional!!

First time taking my son to Ariel’s Barbershop. Ariel was very professional and friendly. My son was nervous to go to a different barber and at the end was very pleased with the outcome. The shop was also very clean and organized. I will definitely continue to take my son to Ariel.

Finding this Barbershop was a blessing. Ariel (The owner) is a very hard working man. Ariel is a gifted barber who has been cutting hair for 20+ years. He is a master at what he does. Also, he takes pride in his shop so I can assure you that whether you get a haircut from a different barber including his son (who is a third generation barber) or Ariel , you will be well taken care of. It's a clean, welcoming environment matched by none!

Ariel's barbershop is amazing. He does a great job with both of my kids. I am very, very picky and I make a point to drive the 45 minutes to get my kids cut by Ariel. He always takes us right away, and always gets us on our way quickly as well. Everyone at the barbershop is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Ariel!!

Best barbers in town. They are experienced, friendly, clean, and have responsible management. I've known them for years and highly recommend them. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. They are open 7 days a week and have great hours. Walk-ins and appointments are always welcome.
