Albert is the guy. He’s very accommodating, polite, and always makes you feel comfortable. He does an excellent job every time, and his prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Always a great cut. Been going to Plaza Barbers for decades and Jerry always gives a great cut (and great conversation). Highly recommended.

Stopped by this barbershop around 3 PM on a weekday. There were three barbers inside, all sitting and reading magazines. I was promptly asked if I had an appointment, which I didn’t—like most people, I assumed a traditional barbershop operated on a walk-in basis. The place had an old-school, somewhat dated look, which was fine and actually gave off a classic barbershop vibe. However, the attitude didn’t match. I was told that all the barbers had appointments coming in and would be busy for quite some time. No effort was made to offer an estimated wait time, fit me in, or even act like they wanted my business. It gave off more of a “high-end salon” vibe than a neighborhood barbershop, without the quality or service to back it up. Won’t be returning. If they prefer to cater only to appointments, that should be clearly advertised.

Sir,<br>Our barbershop has been taking appointments since 2020 during Covid. We continued this practice as our customers prefer it. With 80% of our business being appointments.You can into the shop at 3:25, (we checked our cameras) all 3 barbers had 3:30 appointments. It would be unfair to take you ahead of customers who had made appointments. You were also told that the next available appointment would be at 4:30 . You chose not to wait. We do our best to accommodate all of our customers appointments and walk ins.

Have been getting mine and my sons haircut at Plaza with Randy specifically for a while and every time its a great experience. Randy is very nice and takes his time to make sure my son is always happy with his haircut and the prices are great for the level of service they offer. I highly recommend trying them out.

This is everything you want from your town barber shop. Randy has been cutting my hair for the past few years and has always been great. It's easy to get an appointment, the cuts are always efficient, very reasonable and leave me looking great. The whole team here is great, this is the best spot in town to go.

My name is Bruce I recently visited Plaza Barber Shop with my son and it was a truly wonderful experience. The moment we stepped in, we felt like we had stepped back in time to the good old days of vintage barber shops. The cozy atmosphere and the vintage decor made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our barbers Jerry and Albert were fantastic they were very skilled, professional and friendly. albert took extra time to ask my son about his preferences and suggested different haircut options that would complement his face shape. He took great care to ensure that Justin's haircut was precise and looked great. What's more, the prices at Plaza Barber Shop are very reasonable, especially for the high level of quality service they provide. And the location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning to Plaza Barber Shop in the future! I have been going to Plaza Barbershop since I was born (for 21 years), and I have not had a single bad experience. The atmosphere is very welcoming and family friendly, and the barbers are as well! Aside from the great service inside, it is not difficult to make an appointment either. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a haircut from a great place, by great people.
