genuinely the worst haircut i've gotten. asked for it to be a BIT shorter than it was, and for it to be shaggy and messy, got a pin straight haircut, no layers, no texture, nothing. Worst 40$ i've ever spent.

Got a bad cut today. the guy didnt listen to what i asked for. They also put me with a barber that i didnt make the appointment with, and didnt let me know beforehand when i called before i arrived. Jose is the best barber there

Had my first appointment with Axel and it was great. I'm trying to find a new "hair identity" after having the same haircut for about 15 years. He talked me through options showed me how to style it and also recommended what I should be looking for in terms of products I can use to improve it's style. I'll definitely be back.
