I have been going to this barbershop for years now and couldn’t say enough great things. Making an appointment is seamless and I am always taken quickly. I never leave the barber shop without a great haircut. Highly recommend!

Really hate to leave this as the girls cutting hair are great and do an awesome job. This is more towards a management review. They advertise as walk-ins, but you can't get a cut unless you make an appointment by phone or just happen to get lucky walking in (almost never). But good luck actually getting someone to pick up the phone. I've called several times over the past month or so (minus the holiday because they were closed) either in the morning when they open or mid-late afternoon and no one ever picks up. The last time the manager said they were shorthanded (over a month ago) and don't pick up to avoid telling people they are booked. Not the best business practice or is that professional by any means. If this is how it is going to be moving forward, maybe come up with an online booking portal on your website so you can reduce utilizing the phone for appointments. Or just set a voicemail letting people know you are booked. Don't just ignore your customers phone calls. For those of you that get appointments and get through the phone, lucky you.

This is the best barber shop I have ever been to. It's clean, the barbers are all friendly, and most importantly I've never gotten a bad haircut. Katie cuts my hair, but Britney is always there and she's very friendly and seems to do excellent work. You can't go wrong getting cuts here.

Took my teenage son to The Boardroom yesterday for the first time. Due to road detours and police activity, we were late. I called to let them know and they accommodated us. The shop is really nice and meticulously clean. My son was a bit apprehensive about going some place different, but Brittany was wonderful and I knew from the first pass of her razor that my son was going to like the cut. When we walked out, he said I want to go this barber shop from now on. Great experience!

I started bringing my daughter to this barber when she expressed an interest in shorter hair. I can’t say enough how pleased I’ve been. Britanny is fantastic, a great stylist and so good with my 9 year old. Everyone there is friendly, warm and extremely helpful. I absolutely recommend this business and will continue to use their service for all 3 of my kids.

I've been going to The Boardroom for over half a year, at least twice a month. They're very courteous and professional. I've had cuts from two of the four stylists and haven't been disappointed. I also see the same clients so I know I'm not the only one consistently coming back. The shop is always clean and you never wait long for your appointment. That being said, appointments are strongly encouraged as most of the stylist's books are full in the day you come in. They courtesy calls the day before always help too.

Been going to the Boardroom on a weekly basis since Donna opened. Great staff and the best haircuts around. Today I was in for my weekly appointment and at the last minute Donna was able to schedule both my kids as well “ much appreciated” Katie was great she was able to cut my hair along with my daughter and son!! She did a fabulous job!!!! We will always be customers at the board room, if you are looking for great barbers that really care and have the best hair cuts around make your appointment now and ask for the Jackson 5!! Thanks again for awesome customer service:)

Yesterday, I had my first haircut at The Boardroom and I was very much impressed! Donna, the owner, cut my hair, she was very kind, cordial and accommodating and did a fantastic job on my hair. Most definitely, the best haircut I have ever gotten. 5 Stars in my book, I highly recommend this establishment and Donna! I will be back for sure!
