2 stars because I have now come to this place 2 times for a cut both times it said on their page it was open. First time completely closed was waiting outside with another woman and her kid for them to open and never did. Second time lights on walked in told they are closed. Coming here is a gamble unless you are an existing customer dapping up your boy when you see him. I cant speak on the cuts but as a business owner myself. Get your stuff together Hoyts.

I honestly expected a better experience, but the biggest issue with this place is the OWNER. Her attitude toward customers is unprofessional and dismissive. When I politely mentioned that the service wasn’t what I asked for, the owner acted annoyed, brushed off my concerns, and made me feel like I was the problem for speaking up. Root cause of the issue was her as it was her screw up on scheduling. Tried to place blame on the guys who work there. She is immature and talks like a child throws around insults. Instead of stepping up to correct the problem she acts like she cares. First time speaking with her after going here for 4 + years clearly she has no idea what going on in her own business or understands the customers who visit. Only reason people come back is because of both Barber's. Not the place was great years ago just has been going down hill. Services are not clearly outlined, waiting room is cheesy and she can't event fill the frig. Used to have drinks to purchase but she rather pocket the CASH then keep up with standards. The whole place feels like it’s going downhill fast—standards are slipping, the atmosphere isn’t what it used to be, and the management clearly isn’t keeping things under control. Instead of trying to improve, the owner seems more focused on arguing than helping. It’s hard to support a business where the person in charge doesn’t treat customers with basic respect. There are plenty of places that value good service—this just isn’t one of them anymore.

I took my kids here and totally regret it. The barber openly blabbed “locker room talk” to other clients with disregard for the little ears in the room. I get that it’s a barber shop, but show a little discretion, especially when no one else appears interested in hearing it. The haircuts themselves were borderline traumatic for my kids. Both had tears in their eyes because the clippers were tugging or nicking them. One now has a tiny bald spot on his head that hasn’t grown back for months. I obviously won’t be taking my kids here again.

From out of town. I dropped by at 1600 (4pm), online and on the door says they are open until 1800 (6pm). I walk in and met with, we are closed!!! It says alot if you can't follow your own business rules. What is the point of advertising particular times? Just say if the lights are, we good!

Cam Mattei has done my hair twice now and I absolutely love it! The best haircuts and color I’ve ever received. I would definitely recommend to anybody and will definitely be coming back!

Marcus did a good job. All the barber's are super friendly and judging their work they do great hair cuts as well. We are Loyal customers now. Recommend making an appointment.

First time there I thought I found my new barbershop. Michele was great and the other barbers created a nice environment. Receptionist/scheduler wasn’t great but not the worst. Left that day unsure if I liked the length of the cut, but Michele said I could come back this week to fix it if I ended up not liking it. Today was a totally different experience. Different receptionist/scheduler this time. Took her a while to acknowledge I was even standing in front of her. I explained that I wanted to fix the cut because today is my friend’s wedding and I wasn’t satisfied. She said she could fit me in at 4. I said that wouldn’t work and that was it. No effort to try to make a customer happy especially when not satisfied with the service. If an appointment is the only way to get service here, you should say that.
