The place is established well. As we know how difficult it is to find a good barber. Ive been going here for at least 5 yrs amd saw the transformation of the place and more importantly, the talent of the stylist/barbers. They all have the talent u look for when selecting a barber. So, if ur looking, look no more. The introduction is key to getting situated. All have their own clients and don't know if someone's client or new. So, my suggestion is to ask in general; "how much time?" A few seconds, maybe 5-10 then direct individually if no immediate response. They are working and possibly in the middle of convo, so be mindful. Hope this helps the barbers and the customers. Back right is my guy. Open minded to understanding, as I change styles every year or so. Easiest way, show a Pic of the style, cuz words get lost in translation. Best of and of New Year.

I’m very upset with the lack of respect most of the barbers that work here have for people’s time. I have been coming to this place for about 2 years now and this is not the first time this issue happens. I messaged Carlos and we both agreed on a time to come today at 230pm I get to the barber shop at 225 pm Carlos had just started cutting his hair at that time. I sit there frustrated but didn’t say anything until he finished the person at 3pm and tells me if I can give him 5 minutes so he can cut another clients hair. I told him this is unacceptable I got places to go. I message you and we agreed on 230pm. He didnt like what I said and waved his arm basically telling me to get out. I will never be coming back to a place that accepts appointments but can’t follow through. Learn how to respect people and there time the same way you want those to show up on time and respect you.

Ive been seeing carlos and k for over 6 years now and they always got me right. I would never go to another barber shop other than Elite. Sharp lines and clean fades. Best shop in lodi.

BEST BARBER SHOP IN TOWN. Drive an hour or so just to get hair cut at this place. Absolutely worth it. The environment is friendly, the shop is clean and it’s all around a great experience! 6 stars if I could

Moved to Hasbrouck Heights back in January and wasn't aware this place existed - so I ended up going to places like Super Cuts for trash haircuts. Finally one day I came across them and thank god I did. The guys there are real cool, and their haircuts are great. Carlo, in particular, is fantastic. My man takes his time with your hair, pays attention to detail, makes everything symmetric on both sides, and his straight razor skills are 🤌 For 27$ & the style & attention I get for my haircuts I highly reccomend.

After moving from NYC to NJ it was hard finding the right barbershop. Every shop I went to it was either too pricey, unhappy with the cut, unhappy with the products or styles they used. I'm so glad I found Elite. The price, the cut, the barber's personality, so thankful. I strongly recommend this spot for any cut.

Horrible, I went and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins to finally sit in the chair. I finally sat in the chair with guy who cuts hair all the way at the end, I told him I wanted a mid skin fade and even out the top, he then responds with “ why you have to be so difficult?”, then mid way when he was trying to figure out how to cut my hair he sucked his teeth sort of annoyed at the fact that he was struggling to cut my hair the way I wanted it. Later on he had a friend who greeted him that was sitting right beside him, thinking I didn’t speak Spanish he told his friend “ this cut is difficult man” , Absolute horrible experience never going back there again.

If you’re a new customer – don’t bother going in. Find another barber shop! I went here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm, they close at 3pm. As soon as I walked in, there was 2 people waiting in front of me. No one greeted or addressed me (they pretty much mainly speak Spanish there). I assumed they acknowledged I was there for a haircut, so I took a seat on the bench. I hear one of the barber’s annoyed saying they need to lock the door (to prevent more customers from coming in). Then another customer comes in after me, and they tell him to come back tomorrow (this is still before 2pm)! Apparently, they don’t want any more business for the day. They then proceed to lock the front door. Then I see a couple of “regulars” come in through the back door and they get prioritized ahead of the 2 other people waiting. Again, not sure if they had an appointment or not, but nothing was communicated and they go ahead and get their haircut. I waited as I was the last person still waiting, finally this guy who I believe was the owner, tells me to come to his chair. I told him the haircut I want and he acknowledges. He starts cutting my hair and only once through the whole 15-20 mins did he point my seat in the direction of the mirror to see what he was doing. Even at the end when he finished, he didn’t say a word to me and just took off the cape and told me I was done. I immediately went to the mirror and checked out the cut. It was okay (I’m not really that picky when it comes to my haircut), but still, would appreciate the courtesy. Anyways, he decides to charge me for the higher price fade cut even though, it was a regular haircut. Didn’t use a cash register or anything…basically just pocketed the money. I already knew I was never coming back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE if you’re not a regular here. There’s plenty of other small business barber shops in the Lodi area that deserve the business. I can’t imagine this place staying in business in the long run.

Great shop, awesome cut. Did a medium fade exactly how a barber should. Took a long time in the chair is my only complaint, barber could talk a little less and cut a little more. But other than that no complaints, definitely will return if ever in the area again.
