If you have locs or dreads, i highly do not recommend. Decent at other haircuts for average hair. But if you have locs I will tell you not to come

I walked in for my first time, sat down waited my turn and they sat someone else in my chair, so I walked out. Not very professional in my opinion. If that’s how you run a shop then go run it that way. I will not be returning anytime soon

BEST CUTS in Jersey. The people that go to Mist for a cut and style are very picky about their hair- and so are the stylists. Black, brown, white, straight, curly, long, short... whomever you are and whatever kind of hair G-d gave you... they got you covered. The stylists never rush your cut. They take their time until it's perfect and exactly what you want. The stylists are professional as well as personable. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The cuts are great yet the atmosphere is casual. You want a phony fancy-shmancy salon atmosphere- don't come here. You want the BEST. You want MIST. Joel is my man. He always understands exactly what I want, even when I change it up. It's a busy place so it's best to make an appointment but they welcome walk-ins too. Don't hesitate to try Mist. Take my word for it. You won't be disappointed.

We were attending training in the area and had received a bad hair cut (at a place in Canada) before traveling the previous day. I stopped into Mist and the team were extremely professional, accommodating and friendly!! The hair cut they provided was the best cut I’ve ever had!!! Top that off with the awesome music and the overall experience was awesome!

Very good i walk in after lunch across the street to see if they would take me. Cause online it says to make appointment. I found new place to go. Now i dont have to drive up to south amboy. I can stay in the town i live in. They have a new customer. Ill definitely b bk.

Been going here for the last 3 years. Nelson is the man and always takes his time to give you a great cut and beard trim. Always tell people this is the spot to go to.

Only problem with them is that they don't open the shop in relation to what the hours posted are. Extremely annoying to be there when they are supposed to open and waste precious time in the morning when I'm on a tight schedule. Simple update to your posted hours and they can have that 5th star.

I'm very disappointed with my cut. Daniel cut my hair and because he does not understand English he had absolutely no idea what I asked for and nearly buzzed off all of my hair if I hadn't stopped him. I highly encourage him to ask if he does not understand what is being asked of him. Now I have to wait a month before my hair grows all the way back
