Great customer service. Felipe, Edinis,and Marco are always very kind,sociable,and friendly.Although they're learning English they still manage to be social.Awesome. Not to mention they are all excellent barbers. I've recently moved from Hillside to Elizabeth and I still travel to Stepup, as opposed to looking for a barber that is closer to my new location. I'm always pleased with my haircut every time I leave. Thank you guys! I appreciate you all.

Great barbershop. I know the owner of the business and I must say he’s really a nice guy! Got a chance for Marcos to cut my grandson’s hair and he did a great job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in Hillside.

Marcos cut my hair but it wasn't up to the mark at all like the picture I showed him ..messed my beard line too I never asked him to curl it upside and I looked funny ,my friends tried to prank me when they were funny and cut a little bit on front when I shared them so I went back there 2 - 3 days after my trip and he was busy so he asked other guy and that guy made it worst he didn't cut it properly and intentionally kept rubbing trimmer on already faded down also he left my front forehead line slanting and made me pay full amount ..Hope the owner reads it and refund me for both of time..and they act as they don't understand and speak English but if it comes for their benefits they do well under and speak they just pretend..

Marco is the best barber ever. Stop by quick haircut and was amazing by his skill, attention to detail and what a amazing hair cut and beard trim. Too bad don't live in the area otherwise he would be my barber for lifetime.

Came out to the annual family day in Hillside Step up was here representing and gave the kids free haircuts. What else can you say about Step up they had all the kids looking good! Thank you for representing your community.
