First time getting a haircut here, and left with a superb haircut! I book my appointment with Jett Cusi, who was super welcoming, professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He checked in to see what my pain points were with my hair, what my preferences were, and worked his magic. Would definitely be coming back here again!

I paid a hefty price of $125 (with tip) at Goldmine Barber Co. for what was supposed to be a premium haircut for my son. Your own website promises: *“We provide personalized, professional service tailored to each client’s specific needs.”* That is not what we received. My son brought an inspiration photo of himself — same curls, just trimmed shorter to maintain shape and volume. Instead, he was given a completely different haircut: the sides and back were chopped down, the curls and volume were taken away, and he was left with a style he never asked for. After looking into your stylist’s social media, it’s obvious the “mod” cut is pushed heavily, and that’s exactly what he was given — not by request, but because that’s what you wanted to showcase. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a deliberate disregard of the client’s instructions. The impact goes far beyond hair. My son hasn’t even started school yet and already his friends are teasing him about it. What was advertised as a personalized service turned into a cookie-cutter style that has left him embarrassed, upset, and stuck with a look he hates. Goldmine charges premium prices while failing to deliver on the most basic promise: listening to the client. If you actually want the haircut you asked for, this is not the place. Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the humiliation — go elsewhere.

It sounds like the barbers here are good but I haven't seen one because the business didn't confirm my appointment - after taking my deposit of 50% of the anticipated cost of the service - and did not reply to emails, phone calls, or voice messages. This obsession with booking online seems to be all they care about.

Jett is easily one of the best barbers I have ever been to! He very patient, kind, and very attentive! He took the time to worked with me to find the best haircut and made suggestions / asked questions. He always takes his time and makes sure you walk out with an amazing haircut. The location is also very professional and clean.

The place you have been looking for all this time! Had an appointment with Jonas, first time meeting him. He walked me through step by step with what went wrong & how he would fix my long hair as this is something new for me. Insanely chill dude, took his time & really focused on giving me the exact look I wanted. Worth the money, the drive & the experience! Book Jonas ASAP stop waiting, thanks again!

Anthony at Goldmine Barber Co. is a true artist! Every visit is consistent, precise, and relaxing. He is such a sweet guy with my son, takes his time, listens, and always delivers exactly what we’re looking for. Jett has unironically helped me increase my confidence 10x, he was able to give me the exact style I wanted. He's also super accommodating and communicative, literally never had a bad experience coming here. Do yourself a favor and make a booking, the cuts are well worth it.

Goldmine Barber Co. is top-notch. The shop is incredibly clean and professional, and the whole experience was worth every penny. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-maintained. What really stood out was the pre-cut consultation—Jon took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided great insights to make sure I left with the best possible cut. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. Highly recommend!

The shop is very clean and has such a great atmosphere to it. It’s the only barbershop I’ve been to where they offer you refreshments such as water, sodas, IPAs etc while you either wait your turn, or in the process of getting your haircut. The current barbers working there are very friendly, skilled at what they do, and I was very happy walking out with my new haircut done by them. For the price you pay, it’s 100% worth it. They just opened up, but I can already recommend the Goldmine Barbershop and will definitely be my go to spot for now on! Looking forward to more future visits! Thanks again John and Vlad!
