Specifically asked for Jose two times. He wasn't there. The rest of the staff don't speak English fluently. Which is fine. But i got the worst haircut ever. And they charged me $22, even though the online booking shows $20. Never going here ever again.

Ive been coming to VIP for two years now and every time I come the VIP family treats me like family. Jose is a great barber friendly. Always does an excellent job. If your looking for a good barber or hair stylist VIP is the best choice around hands down.

Worst experience. Booked a 9 am appointment with Jose, but he wasnt there.I entered at 8.59 am and the only barber present gave my slot to someone else. Waited for 20 min before a woman barber joined. She was inexperienced as she gave me many cuts while shaving. The beard was not aligned equal on both sides. It is okay as she was learning. But then they charged me $35 when their board said $30 for Gold service. The appointment also mentioned $30 as the charge. Since the guy could not operate the billing machine, he ended up putting $36 as final cost and couldnt change it. I had to pay $36. I also tipped the lady. This happened on 09/07/2021.

Angel and Jose not only make you feel at home, they really take care of your look and enhance it. When I got home my partner legit said that's the best haircut you've gotten since we've been dating. We been together for 2.5 yrs. Hurt my ego a bit but I'll take it with the freshest cut.

The haircuts are good but the service could get a lot better, they barbers are kinda rude. Also they should acknowledge they’re grooming people, not lambs, so they have to be a little more careful: he moved my head as if I was an animal and I had a lot of blood in my neck and cheeks when he finished. Besides, they’re having phone calls ALL the time while doing the haircuts.

Walked in, asked for a high skin tight fade and first guy who took me to his booth did not do what I asked for. He tried to wing it but then the other barber angel noticed it was wrong and fixed it. Angel showed great leadership by showing the new guy how it’s done and skillful talent by executing what I wanted in the first place. Well done Angel definitely coming back next time requesting for him.

Visiting out here from Oregon. I showed the barber a pic and cued him on some of my own particulars. Got the best haircut ever. Ill have to fly out to get exactly what i want another time. Barber spent a little time taking reservations on his blue tooth but paying attention to every detail of the cut. Blended my heavy pompadour with thinning back hair perfectly. Trimmed it perfectly in all the right places. Not just a haircut a hair "manicure".

Friendly service, affordable prices. Barbers here care about the work they do, so they make sure you look good before you leave. There are Dominican customers too, so this is one of the few options you have in the area if you have "Black people hair." They're open a little later than a lot of the businesses on the main strip too -not midnight, but not 5pm either.
