DO NOT GO HERE!!! — my 12 year old cousin went here today, asked for a specific cut and the barber after giving said cut went back without consulting my cousin or his mother and buzzed off the top of his hair. He has been growing his hair for months to get this specific cut and because the barber was too busy having a conversation with another employee decided to do whatever he wanted. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I recommend finding a place that consults their clients and takes the time to make sure the client loves the end result. Extremely disappointed!!!

My only favorite barbershop I go to faithfully all the barbers there are very welcoming 🙏 ☺️ I highly recommend them especially my personal favorite barber / friend who I consider my uncle Mr.Jim 💯 💪

Very good experience at this shop, family friendly and laid back, fun atmosphere. The barbers are all efficient and do good work. 99% of complaints about barbers and barber shops are usually because a client didn't get their way...barbers are the most under appreciated profession there is, a lot of clients want you to open early, close late, don't take a lunch break, squeeze them into slots that would cut the time of clients who have made an appointment, when a barber can't accommodate their want then the barber isn't any good etc etc...if an event is so important to someone me personally would be sure I had an appointment to get the service I desire

I’ve gone to this barber shop on and off for 9 years, and have been more than pleased w/ their work. This morning I came early because the sign said 8am( I wouldn’t have came in that early if it wasnt posted) I asked if I could get a hair cut (older bald gentleman) said no they aren’t open. I pointed to the sign he said he doesn’t make the hours and wasn’t going to start until 9 and he was booked. I offered him more for a cut so I could get to this B-Day party at 11 w/ my daughters, he asked me if Instarted my job early 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ very unprofessional and condescending. I live right around the corner and now I will not refer or pay money to get my haircut there after this encounter. Worst experience of service in my life.

Showed up for a trim I have long curly hair I asked for 3 inches off my hair all around it was like 8 inches long and he started hacking at my hair with scissors without wetting my hair and shaving my hair with razors. After a shower when I got home my hairs uneven all over and now my hair is 2 inches long on the top and a fade on the side and no curls are present. Worst cut I’ve ever gotten for $35 absolutely don’t come here, they can’t trim your hair so don’t expect them to be able to do anything else or follow what you asked for in the first place. Nice staff just lousy end result.

I've been here twice, the first time I got a really good haircut. Second time, I made an appointment a few days beforehand with the owner. After waiting 45 minutes I left when he never showed up. Seems like they do good work, but the need to get their stuff together.

I am here currently on a Saturday afternoon. I called between noon and 1 to try and set an appointment. Charles and I agreed at a 4pm time slot. We got here early so had to wait about a half hour. I explained the cut I wanted for my son and also the future direction of his cut. He understood and he said " I got chu" 😊 I went to the store immediately to go get my son a drink. Came back and he already had the foundation cut and half of his shape up. I forgot to ask him not to cut his sideburns and was nervous when walking back into the shop. He didn't cut them off 😄 He talked with my son, built a rapport with him& made him feel comfortable. Charles will now be his barber✊🏾💪🏾🙌🏾

I finally found a barber for my son and myself in the area since moving from North Jersey. I bounced from place to place and was never happy until John "JB" gave me and my son the cuts we were looking for. The first time I went in he was super personable and even cleaned the clippers before my son's cut and even again before mine. He even wore gloves. As long as he is cutting I will never look for another barber. Id give 10 stars if I could.

I have had Diane cut my hair for the last eight or more years now. Hair cuts are great and she is a great person. Note she only works there Friday and Saturday. There is a second barber who works there all the time. He is also really nice.

I'm sorry to say that my last experience here was disappointing, to say the least. I brought my 5 year old son here this past memorial day and the guy there was only taking appointments, but took us anyway. Mind you, I have been coming here since September of last year, and I tip very nicely EVERY single time. So when he started cutting my son's hair it was obvious the guy was annoyed. Probably because we came there without an appointment. As he was cutting, my son must have been moving his head too much, and the guy yanked his hair so he would stay still. Then I hear my son saying oww over and over again. When I look at the back of my son's hair, he's all red on his neck and behind his ears. And to top it off, the job he did was horrible! When I go into a place where I'm paying money, I expect to be treated nicely. Especially when I tip 10$ every time I go there. Not to get a botched job and a huff and puff when I ask him to fix it. I usually don't ever give bad reviews, but I feel like I need to here so maybe another kid won't get treated so badly like my son was. Somebody has to really do wrong for me to give a bad review, and this guy certainly did.
