I have been going to a chain barber shop the past couple years. I have been looking for a change and after receiving a recommendation from my brother who started going here I decided to take the 20 minute drive to get it a try. Jess cut my hair and I could not have asked for a nicer cut. She was very attentive and detailed oriented. I didn’t feel like my haircut was rushed like I have at other places. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and made sure it was exactly as I asked. She was very friendly and conversational. I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience! Got a haircut from Jess and it looks great! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the place is a horror fan's dream. Even if you're not a horror fan, the professionalism and friendly atmosphere is absolutely worth your time. Great spot.

I’ve been a client of Jim’s for quite a few years now prior to him opening his own shop. Not only is going to the shop a fun experience with the all the horror memorabilia on display, him and his staff are absolutely friendly and give tremendous haircuts. Yesterday, I took my 6 year old son for his first time there, who is autistic with sensory issues, to get a haircut. Jim not only did a great job with his hair, he was also very patient and kind to my son. Therefore my son felt extremely comfortable around Jim and allowed him to do his job without any problems. I can’t say it enough, how much I recommend checking Uneeda Barber Company out. You won’t be disappointed.

Took my kids and myself to get a haircut…what a great Experience!! We had Jess Wheeler as our stylist. She was amazing with everyone but most especially my Son with who has special needs . The Shop even has a room for those who are a little more sensitive! The theme is pop culture /Horror but is completely kid friendly. The entire staff is friendly , patient and extremely Kind !! I can’t say how much I enjoyed the experience! Found MY BARBER SHOP!

Jess cut my fiancés hair for our wedding and I would not trust anyone else with this but her. She got him looking perfect her level of professionalism is unmatched and she’s great with people with disabilities and sensory needs so much so that my fiancé told me she’s his new permanent barber 💈. The shop is such a welcoming and inviting place. For a horror fan who loved good people, good movies, and good hair this is the right place

Jim and his staff are the warmest, most talented and most genuine folks you could ever hope to meet. I own an alternative salon not very far away and met Jim when he stopped in at our grand opening party. Making that connection has proven so valuable- it is clear that Jim, like me, values community and collaboration over competition. He was even kind enough to teach a barbering class to my team a few weeks ago, sharing his expert ability and unpretentious attitude with other artists of varying skill. My husband has visited Uneeda a handful of times since they opened, and is a big fan. So we decided to take our daughter for her first professional haircut in years. Melissa was wonderful with her and understood exactly what we were looking for. My daughter was nervous at first, but by the end, didn't want to leave! Jim is great and we love the decor. This is a great addition to the neighborhood and we hope to visit for years to come!

I’ve been getting my hair cut with Jim for over 5 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and consistently delivers a great cut every single time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. The shop itself is awesome — if you’re into horror movies and pop culture, the decorations are super cool and hit that perfect nostalgic vibe. Just got my hair cut at Uneeda Barber and it was an awesome experience. I’m someone who lets my hair grow out and then goes short again, so I usually end up at chain places for quick cuts. I came across Uneeda Barber online and realized I drive past it every day on my way home from work. The aesthetic caught my eye, so I booked an appointment; and I’m really glad I did. The haircut was phenomenal. The barbers were welcoming and clearly know their craft, and the shop itself has a really cool vibe. It actually made self-grooming feel enjoyable, not just like a chore. Walked out feeling great. Highly recommend checking this place out.
