First! I want to give a special thanks to John & Kim. You both have gone above and beyond in making me feel like i mattered. You showed true compassion to your customers and that alone deserves a 5/5 or even a 10/10 stars. Your customer service was remarkable. Along with your incredible shop and passion for a traditional barbershop. I will encourage anyone to attend your establishment and assure them that they will be well taken care of. Hands down, the best barber/hair cut experience I've ever had. I had the $65 Ultimate with Sandy. Not only was I very happy with the beard cut & face/head shave, but the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Not to mention the ambience, which is top notch. I felt as if I was transported back 100 years to get a top notch hair cut. Love this place.

Went in today first time for a haircut and ultimate shave. It was a very bad job by a very young stylist. The fade has gaps and areas of too much hair gone. The shave was exceptionally bad, especially for a business calling themselves a "shaving company". The stylist spent more than 10 min with an electric razor on my face, and I would say less than 3 min with the straight razor; and I know he definitely didn't use the blade on all of my face and neck. Maybe he was unsure of himself. You can see just stubble everywhere, and the side burns aren't even. I am probably never going to go here again, just due to the expense with the expectation of an exceptional job, and having to go home and shave again to clean up.

I was greeted very kindly by John and he was very focused on making sure I was getting what I wanted for this haircut. I showed him several pictures of how I usually style my hair and what I was looking for with the fade and he did no disappoint! The texture on the top was also so well done. I can tell he cares a lot about his craft and customers. I'll definitely be coming back, I found my new barber

The art of a straight edge single razor is not lost because it is found here! I called and they were booked all weekend but added me to the waitlist, well bam I got the call and was there in 15 minutes. The outside is very inviting but bam step inside and it takes you back to the good old days of the barber shop. I was very excited to see all the in house made products and offerings! It was a kid in the candy shop for a man that shave both face and bald head. While waiting I explored all the products they have and highly recommend stocking up. I was lucky to have John buzz then shave both my face and head. The chairs are old school yet still very comfortable. He took his time and his experience and knowledge shined through. He had so many great stories and steps during the process. My head and face feel amazing, clean and closely shaved. I would highly recommend John and this location. I can not to be back and bring some friend. Thanks again. Do see John.

Awesome place! I forgot my shaving stuff at home and I was visiting family in Freehold. I was blown away with the exceptional service and advice I was given. I highly recommend to any first timers for any occasion! The owners are great and helpful. I am looking forward to next time.

First time visiting after seeing this beautiful barbershop in a YouTube video by Xiaomanyc. Received a beard trim service and it was nothing short of amazing. Very professional and polite, highly recommend you experience a traditional barbershop experience.

One of the best barber experiences in New Jersey, without a doubt. John and his team care for their business and their customers. Family owned and local, every time I go in here it’s a pleasure. Facilities are clean, haircuts are excellent, and the shaving experiencesare something every guy should try out. The ambience is great as well. The 40s music with the old school decor is relaxing and fun at the same time. Hard to go wrong with a quick afternoon trip to this place.

Came in from out of state and had to get my haircut before a wedding. John gave me a solid fade and knows how to cut hair long on top. The atmosphere in the shop is so comfortable as well. Highly recommended if you want your hair cut right.
