I visited the barbershop with my autistic son for the first time 3 years ago, and it was the first time I had to manage this task. We walked in, we waited a few minutes and Greg called my son to his chair. He spoke directly to my son asked him how he liked his hair cut. With a few prompts from me, we were able to settle on a nice short buzz type cut what an amazing experience, not just the great haircut but the interaction, most importantly it was a great experience for my son. Lastly, I should mention, my son usually cuts the line, Greg pays attention to his clients needs and some can’t wait patiently. Most adults read the room and understand.I have seen all people in his chairs, men and women-black, spanish and white. I have only seen this team of professionals treat everyone kindly, like family. BTW, the shave is an extra treat and my son loves the pampering! 💚

Going to get a trim now for the first time, but five stars because what barber you know opens at 6? That’s hustle, so I’m already happy that I’m going to get.

Don’t go to the old guy. He CANNOT cut hair. Tried explaining to him you have to use guards to fade hair properly and bro would just continue to use no guard and freestyle my fade. Very disappointed going to another barber to fix this guys mess. Go to a different barber do NOT come here

I have been looking for a new barber shop for a few years now, and I found it. Today was my second visit, and I was cut by a new barber today, and was stoked with the outcome. Both visits I asked for a low taper skin, and both times walked out extremely satisfied with the cut. You also get a classic barber shop vibe at G&G, none of that new age hipster stuff. Definitely recommend G&G for your next cut.

The 3 barbers here are exceptional. They all give great haircuts at a lower price than any other barber shop around. The haircuts are great and the barbers are personable. I’ve been going here since 2010 and this place should be considered a staple in the area!

The spot was welcoming when I entered. Reggie took my son right away and the cut was clean! Will be back with the rest of my kids. Been looking for a well run, professiona,l black owned shop since we moved here. Happy to say, my search is over.

I hate getting my haircut. I never know what I want. Every barber I go to seems to want me to tell them how to cut my hair. This place had great reviews so I went in and tried it out. Greg asked me questions. Not just "how do you want it?" But when I wasn't sure he asked other questions like what are you looking for... what feels good for you... We were able to have a conversation and he gave me a fantastic cut. The other thing I really appreciate is so many shops you go into they just keep jabbering away talking your ear off. We had conversation. He asked questions. But he didn't feel the need to tell me his whole life story in the 15 minutes I was sitting there. That I really appreciated.

My continued experience with G&G Barbershop just keeps getting better!! Why do I say that?.... A few reasons not only are the haircuts always on point they are done professionally, consistently! They even use a warm shaving gel before they apply the finishing touches with the razor!! Big Thanks to My Barber Godday and the Entire G&G Family!!!! Nice Work!!
