Haven't gotten a haircut in a while and new to town. Saw Upper Cuts had great reviews and decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. Austin is a professional and made a great recommendation that fit me perfectly. I definitely recommend Upper Cuts to anyone that is looking for a haircut.

I no longer live in the area but I have Kim cut my hair when I am in the area visiting family. I now live in London and she is the only person in the USA I trust to cut my hair. She understands exactly what you are asking for and makes it all seem effortless.

I rarely ever do these reviews but let me tell you Austin not only made me feel comfortable going into a new barbershop, surprised me with an awesome haircut (he had a lot to work with) , and even waited for me when I showed up late for my appointment. If you’re in the area definitely check the place out!

COVID-19 UPDATE: I was originally nervous about getting a haircut during a pandemic, but Kim has all the necessary safety protocols in place, and I couldn't feel safer! Haircuts are by appointment only, and the times offered are convenient and easy to book. Therefore, I'm still highly recommending this place for a high-quality haircut at a reasonable price. Original: The single best barbershop experience of my life!! A phenomenal haircut! What a great place for men and women. Kim is a master barber, and cut any style on anyone! I highly recommend this place. I'm here once a week getting pampered and always come out looking great. Clean shop, great conversation, convenient hours, awesome prices.

Kim is a great barber. She's very thorough and precise. Anytime I leave her shop I always look great. She's very friendly and always a professional. She has been cutting hair forever. She truly enjoys her job and it shows in her work. She is one of the only barbers I ever go to. You won't be disappointed getting a haircut here. I highly recommend it.

Master barber Kim , has been cutting my hair for years. She's hands down the best. Always pays attention to detail, and quick. If you know Kim long enough, she becomes more of a therapist who gives a clean haircut. She's willing to listen and give advice. Not to mention the shop is always clean. I drive over a half hour every three weeks for a quality haircut.

I have been going to Kim for just over 3 years. She not only gives me a great haircut, she takes care of all the small but important details like trimming the lower neck, eyebrows and ears without even asking, very thorough. She makes you feel welcome, greets with a smile. When waiting for my turn in the chair I get to see her at work with other clients and she knows all the different styles and always makes sure you are happy with the results. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. Give her a try and you will be a client forever.

The owner of the shop, Kim, is one of the best hair stylists I have gone to. Up until I found Upper Cuts, I had the same family barber for my entire life. No one in the area can cut hair as wel as Kim can. I would highly recommend. 5/5 stars.
