I have not had a haircut in a very long time and I had such a lovely first experience with Alex!! Not only did he make me feel beautiful at the end, but he made me feel so seen and loved as well!! I will absolutely be scheduling my future appointments with him and I cannot recommend him enough!!

I used Alex for the first time this week. I have limited mobility and Alex was great right from the start. from scheduling the appointment to the price and a fantastic hair cut. I highly recommend Alex.

Alex travelled quite a distance to tackle a massive tangle in my mane caused by a long hospital stay after an injury. He was prompt, professional, and I am forever grateful for not having to cut all of my hair off. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family without hesitation.

Both my aunts are homebound and needed cuts desperately. Surprisingly, there are not that many mobile hairdressers. I was not looking for Glam Squad. I found Alex after a search, and he responded promptly. He was very gracious about not speaking English perfectly, but I found his English wonderful (as opposed to my non-existent Portuguese), and he brought his English-speaking daughter to boot. One of my aunts has late stage dementia, and he was no stranger to this kind of client. He was practically a contortionist trying to give her the best cut possible given her physical limitations. It came out great. My other aunt loved his gentle way. Despite how self-conscious he is about his English, he spoke to her very loudly since her hearing aides were not working, asking what she’d like and if the result was pleasing to her. She lives in a tiny studio and, once again, nothing bothered him. He set up no problem and went straight to work. I highly recommend with the caveat that you realize this is a concierge service and is priced higher than salon cuts.

Highly recommend Alex! He gave me an amazing haircut that really makes my highlights pop - it's so trendy and on point! He was great to chat with and made me feel super comfortable in the salon. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Do not recommend at all. I asked for highlights with a dark root this is my inspo picture and this is what I got. He left me orange and i went back for him to “fix it” and it didn’t even make a difference. I paid $300 for nothing. They charged me before they even finished the service which should have been the first red flag. I never write bad things about businesses but i’m left so disappointed and overcharged. I can’t afford to go fix it anywhere else at the moment so i’m gonna have to box dye it at home.

I randomly searched for a mobile hairstylist for my handicapped mother, and Alex immediately came up during my search. From the very beginning, he exceeded all expectations with how accommodating he was… his prompt replies, professionalism, and kindness made it an easy decision to book an appointment. Alex took wonderful care of my mother and just an absolute joy to be around. He is truly gifted at what he does!! Her haircut turned out absolutely gorgeous—my favorite cut and style of all time!! Thank you, Alex! We're both looking forward to having you back at the house for her next appointment—and mine too! 🤗

I took a chance and hired Alex last minute to come and cut and style my mom’s hair for her birthday since she isn’t able to get out and walk much. I’m so glad I did—he was absolutely wonderful. It was such a pleasure to have him in her home, and he instantly made her feel comfortable and special. The haircut was fantastic, and he brought such a kind, professional energy to the whole experience. We’ll definitely be using him again and can’t recommend him enough. Five stars all the way!

When I arrived, I was impressed with how quickly he worked without sacrificing quality. I’m thrilled with the results! One of the highlights was definitely how he shaped my eyebrows.
