4th chair is the only reliable barber. 1st chair is disrespectful and doesn't know how to communicate. asked him how many he had he said 2. he cut one more persons hair and then the shop was empty so i asked if he was ready for me. he said he had to eat first. and brushed me off. He then left the shop and never came back. One of the other worker had to tell me he wasnt coming back. then 3rd chair finished his haircut so i tried to get a cut. shop was empty. he says he has another person ahead of me and waits 10 minutes before the person arrives. 6th chair then finished his last haircut and i asked if i can get a haircut. he ignores me and leaves the store. Pack these boys up. Julio, 4th chair the only valid one. he just wasnt working today!

Hair cut was amazing Raymond did an exceptional job when he lined me up I thought the cut was done but then he proceeds to take a eraser just to make the edges a lot smoother. Only charging $25 for front taper and low taper cut probably one of my favorite cuts I've ever gotten and a little touchup on my mustache too definitely going back there in the future. When you walk in the shop to the right that's where his station is below the TV,I love this haircut.

Crowded but moved very quickly since they had about 7 or 8 barbers. Excellent service!

Really awesome experience here. Walked in to a full shop but had a chair open. I gotta be honest, having a beard gives you a lot of anxiety about who’s shaping it, especially when you’ve had the same barber for years. I was genuinely impressed by how well my barber trimmed and shaped my beard, and was receptive about my cut, adjusting as needed. Clean shop, friendly people. Really disappointed I didn’t get a name, definitely want to give thanks. I will absolutely back. Thanks again!

Excellent barber shop. Service is good and there is almost no wait time for a cut. All the barbers there are good A little bit of a language barrier the first time in the shop (Spanish speaking barbers) but once he gets an understanding of what you want, it's all good and professional. Highly recommend.

In the nicest way possible 😂. Feel out the shop before you go. Couldn’t have gotten a worst beard line up. Communicating what you want is impossible if you only speak English. Shop is pretty clean and I’m sure it will get the job done for many, but I will never return. Seriously considered negotiating the fee I paid, but I did not want to be disrespectful. Wish I never went. Genuinely wanted to square up with my barber . Horrible. Had to shave it all off when I got home. Not going into the office for the rest of the week.

The shop was clean and presentable, Albert was amazing. I showed him a picture of the cut I wanted for my son and he did it exactly, as it was pictured. AAA+++ for the Omega Barbershop crew!

Service was fast and my son loves his cut. The only thing I didn't care for is how close the seating area is to the barber stations. In the Era of covid I feel the layout could be a little better. But again the service is impeccable and we will be back in a few weeks.

I'm a big fan of Dominican barber shops. Always seems like all the barbers can cut. They are fast and I dont normally have a long wait. I go to Willie in the first chair or Quentin in the last. Either one of them will lace you for sure.

Customer service could be better thats why I gave 3 starts. Customer service is the key to success to any business. Treat the women Customer the same as men because our money green and spend just the same. My sons haircuts is always on point but they didn't give me the same customer service they give my husband.
