I am extremely disappointed and angry with the service I received here today. I gave very specific instructions on how much length I wanted taken off, but the barber completely ignored me and cut way more than I asked for. I’ve spent a long time growing my hair out, and it’s frustrating to have that ruined because someone wasn’t listening. It’s a total lack of professional care. I won't be coming back, and I’d caution anyone who values their hair to stay away. Especially, Jessi.

Ryan is a great barber who really knows what he’s doing. He pays attention to detail and always makes sure the cut comes out exactly how you want it. The fades are clean, the lineup is sharp, and the overall experience is always solid. If you’re looking for someone who cuts hair good and takes pride in his work, Ryan is definitely the guy to go to.

My haircut was with Michelle. She has a great sense of modern style and very easy to communicate the type of cut you want. She’s very competent in her work and I’ve never had an issue with a cut when I go to her. Definitely recommend scheduling with her; you’ll be in great hands!

Went in for my first haircut with Ronald. 10/10 amazing service and great prices. He gave me exactly what I wanted but even better. The best haircut I’ve ever had. I will for sure come back. Ronald was very understanding and was a great barber with amazing service.

I brought my boyfriend here to get his haircut and it was so unprofessional. Never in my life have I ever seen this type of service before. We thoroughly explained what vision we had for the haircut and showed him a picture as well. It was the complete opposite of what we asked for and we’re unhappy with the outcome. Elvin was the one who did it, I don’t know how the others do it down there but I do not recommend coming here for your own sake. He was very aggressive with the haircut and left my boyfriends head swollen and red. He’s in pain and his head stings. THAT IS NOT PROPER SERVICE AND WE HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS.

The barber who was responsible for this haircut was immediately fired. He no longer works for us.

I'm am so happy that this place got Elvyn. If you go here do your self a favor and ask for Elvyn. Not only did he fix my sons haircut (which was butchered in another barber near a Peruvian restaurant) but I have always been happy with any different haircut he has done for me. He's great with kids and will always be honest with hair questions!

This place used to be good but lately it started to turn into a walk-in barber shop. What is the point of offering online appointments if you take whoever is walking in five minutes before somebody else’s appointment. I came in on time this week with an appointment. The guy had just started taking care of another customer with somebody else waiting behind him. 45 minutes later I left without my haircut because the barber didn’t even have the courtesy of telling me when will be my turn. That was the last time they saw me. Very unprofessional.

💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈 If you are looking for a reliable barbershop with barbers that know what they are doing, "Gentleman's Barber Shop" is it.. I found Gentleman's on my desperate search for a good barber after I moved out to Dover area. My barber of choice here is Jeff Aka "El Domi." ..he listens to what you want and knows how to properly execute the hairstyle. I recommend Gentleman's to anyone looking for a great shop filled with excellent barber's , which they all are. Shout out to Joel and the rest of the guys! 💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈 FYI: Go on their website first and book your appointments ahead of time.

Joel doesn’t listen to customers. He may be good at doing what he thinks is best. But he has hard time listening to their customers wishes. I told him I wanted to keep my hair long as it took 1 year to grow. But he decided to give me a short cut after my calls to stop cutting too short

I don't know who it is but giving me and my business a bad rep isn't cool. For someone to give a fake review shows how busy of a person you are. I have never cut someone with long hair for free. Not for nothing but I cut good to be giving free haircuts. All my other reviews are all positive and 5 star. I've noticed you like putting a lot of bad reviews to a lot of people. Please don't do this and be respectful to my business.
