I have been going to there for several years but am very disappointed with them hair cuts are up to 22 dollars if you can get a appointment. Back during COVID they started by appointment only that I can understand it is June 24 2025 COVID is over but they still make you call to get a appointment. I have a gift card my wife bought me for my birthday she always gets me one for my birthday and Christmas I called on Monday 10:52 am left a message no call back Tuesday I called again at9'30 AM to get a appointment no call back so I had to go to the bank that is next door I stopped in 11:05 am was told I could ask for a appointment maybe later on. I have a gift card I asked if I could get a refund and go somewhere else and I was told no refunds which it doesn't state on the gift card. I have been going there many years but I won't be anymore when you call somewhere for a appointment you at least expect a call back or don't use it as your business model am going to try to use my gift card but told my wife don't get me one from there anymore am very disappointed as you can see nowhere does it state no refunds

Wonderful experience here. The barber that answered the phone was super nice and quickly scheduled me an appointment. I got my haircut from Matt and he did a great job and trimmed my mustache for free. My haircut was great and the price was good. I’ll be coming back here in the future.

Have been bringing my son here for years, they are the best! I actually LOVE having appointments now instead of walk-ins. So much better then waiting all the time.

Editing my review since they think I want to be petty and try and bash a small business with lies. Is there signs all over the place? Maybe. Did I look? No. So yes I would be at fault for not looking. HOWEVER, as I started before… coming from someone who has cut hair since I was fresh out of high school up until I had my son… customer service is HUGE. Not one single person greeted me. Yucky. Why did I have to sit there for that long before someone asked me if I had an appointment? As soon as I walked in to your business I should have been greeted and asked if I had an app. I didn’t lie. That’s great that you checked your cameras, so clearly you can see there was no lies in my review. It makes no difference if I was on my phone and sipping my Dunkin coffee. I was in your waiting room, waiting. Then yes, I did give your staff an attitude because I find it crazy I sat there for that long and not one person said a word to me. I should have walked out way before that. It’s unprofessional on their end. End of story. I also want to add that it very creepy that you somehow found my social media, went through my pictures and found pictures I had posted just to add that to your review. Yes, I was happy with his hair cut. But to search and go back? Weird and creepy to me. So because of the unprofessionalism that I believe I received, that is the reason for my 1 star and I won’t be going back. You can’t try and threaten a person who left bad review with legal action just because you’re upset you got a 1 star review.

Going on google and blasting a family owned small business with fabrications and half stories is about the pettiest thing a person can do. <br>We went back and looked, and you made an appointment for your son on feb 20th, so you did know that we went by appointment. You also liked his haircut so much, you posted pictures of it on your social media before you even got in the car. We have two signs stating we are by appointment before you even get in the door, that you obviously ignored. We have another sign that is posted as soon as you walk in the door, which you also seem to have ignored. We also have a fourth sign that is posted right in front of the seat you were sitting in. We have the camera footage of you sipping your Dunkin’ and staring at your phone instead of paying attention to your surroundings, while your child is curled up in a ball laying on an end table and not sitting in a chair. On said footage you can see, the barbers are looking at the appointment books and calling names, once someone who came in behind you was taken before you, you’d think you’d maybe look up and read a sign, or ask a barber a question. But no, you didn’t, you sat there still. So we assumed maybe you were just really early for your appointment. Once we realized you’ve been there a while and haven’t moved, we asked you and offered you the next available appointment. You gave us attitude and lies, then walked out and bashed us on google. Also, we have sanitary products to keep the capes from contacting skin and clean them regularly. I kindly ask you remove this or legal action will be taken. Thank you

Lacey is amazing! My hubby will only go to her for his hair and beard trims. It was completely impossible for me to get him into any salon. He never gives an issue going to the barber. THANK YOU LACEY!!

Today was my first time at Columbus Barber Shop. Its a very nice shop and everyone was very friendly. I was recommended to go see Dan and he did a great job. I'll definitely be back to see him as needed.

Did a great job cutting my 3 year old's hair, very patient with him and he didn't cry or fuss like at his last haircut. I was very impressed and happy with how good the cut looked. We will definitely be going there again after such a great experience!

This place is just awesome in every way. After moving to Florence a little over a month and a half ago, I decided to find a good quality barber shop near me and boy did I find one! The guy that cut my hair was a bit of on older Italian gentleman and that means to me that he has A LOT of experience with cutting hair. If anyone knows the older Italian gentleman, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you!
