We’ve been coming here for about 3 years. We used to get my son’s hair cut by Anthony and he did it perfectly every time. (Reason for 2 stars, not 1) He no longer works there, so we chose to stay with Moguls but try other barbers. While they’re always friendly, when I ask them to cut my son’s hair the way he always has gotten it, there’s always some kind of confusion and it never comes out right. Today, was my last try. We waited an hour in the waiting area, (4-5 barber shop chairs have been removed so I assume it’s a lack of business) and my husband had to ask if we can be next because of how long we were waiting. Okay, a long wait is usual on a Saturday when you only have 3 barbers working lol. My son’s hair usually takes 45-1hr. He gets a shape up with a fade And a trim on top but prefers it bushy. We show a picture just in case we’re not thorough enough in our explanation. Tell me why this guy, not sure of his name but he has a patchy beard and very lean, takes 20 minutes to cut his hair and it’s AWFUL. it’s a mix of a bowl cut and some kind of pathetic dollar tree fade? I said to the barber he usually gets a shorter fade and rises it more towards then top, and the guy goes “i just did what you showed me in the picture “ my son started complaining because he had already been waiting enough, and didn’t wana stay. We stilll tip the guy 30% bc I’m not into the whole “no tip” experience. But this was pathetic. My son cried in the car looking at his haircut and if you can’t or don’t want to put the time into cutting someone’s hair the way they want it, just don’t do it lol. Last time here.

I went in for the first time and no one said anything to me and looked away when I looked at them. I waited in the seat for almost until I decided to get up and leave. As I was leaving the one barber asked if I had an appointment. I said "no". The other barber wasn't cutting anyone's hair and no one asked me to make an appointment when I got there.. The worst experience at a barbershop ever.

Mike is the GOAT and has been cutting my sons hair for years. Facility is very unique in comparison to other barbershops. Price is high but is aligned with other barber's prices in this area. I would definitely recommend.

I was excited to go as it had good reviews. But I was disappointed. First time I went as a walk-in. I waited an hour only to be told it would be longer. I left and decided to make an appointment. I made one and the barber didn't show up on time if at all. I had made 2 appointments that day for me and my son. I couldn't get cut but my son did. Unfortunately it didn't go well. I won't be going back. It's a shame because the place is nice and has a lot to offer. But my experience was bad and I won't give it a 3rd chance.

My sister bought my nephew here and requested one thing received a military style haircut. Did a good job at previous visit with another barber. If he couldn’t do what was requested he should not have taken the request. Below is what was asked for vs what was received.

Went there for the first time over the weekend. I saw a bunch of guys getting really thorough haircuts… unfortunately I did not. The service appears to be good, the place is nice and set up well. However, after being in the chair for an hour he tells me I’m done. I go up to the register to pay and get change. As I’m handing him a $20 tip I realize the chin line on my beard is cut in nice but all the hair is still on my neck unshaved. So I’m now standing in the middle of the shop as he shaves my neck. I get home and realize I have severe burns on my check from the buzzer. The fade was all over the place and not consistent, noticeably choppy. Couldn’t help but wonder what took an hour. The next morning the burns were worse and I now have razor burn where I was edged. The next few days follows with ingrown hairs on my mustache line and neck line in the back. I’m assuming from the straight razor with no cream or anything. So out $60 with a bad haircut and healing wounds. To boot, my wife emailed the owner and got absolutely no response. Bad pr and customer service.

I visited the shop on a Monday afternoon! The inside environment was relaxing. The barbers were professional and polite. I had no issues with the establishment. I got to check out the arcade room as well, that was a refreshing and unique part of the experience. Such an amazing business venture. I highly recommend it for all ages and ethnicities.

I got to say , I'm happy because I found this place. I used to go all the way in North Jersey to get a hair cut. Simply because my barber there knows what I want. But when I heard about Moguls Barbershop I said to my self , just give it a try. And the barber there really exceed my expectations. Kudos 👏 guys. Keep up the good work.

If you don't have a barbershop this is where you need to be. Good barbers, good environment, and a movie theater. You might not wanna leave.

This is by far the best experience I've had in a barbershop! The theater-like waiting room is a must see; right down to the popcorn machine. Also there are arcade machines for the kids while they're waiting too. Over-all, you won't be disappointed with the atmosphere and definitely won't be disappointed with your haircut. Mike T. is the quintessential barber for all your needs!
