Joes Throwback barbershop is always a place you can count on for a great haircut. Been going there for a year now and haven’t had a bad interaction with anybody who works. Kim has been my go to recently and been awesome highly recommend

Friendly and professional shop with an attention to detail they take their time to ensure their services are completed to your satisfaction. I've been there for my last 3 or 4 haircuts by Kris and never feel rushed... Kris is very knowledgeable about hair styles and hair products. Joe's Throwback offers discounts to children 12 and under and seniors. Superlative services at a fair price.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Joe’s Throwback Barbershop. Joe is genuine, kind, and grounded. He treats everyone who walks in like an old friend and has created a relaxed, old school barbershop atmosphere that’s second to none. Joe listens carefully, pays close attention to detail, and delivers a perfect cut every time. I highly recommend this shop, and especially Joe, for top quality barbering.

I can’t say enough great things about KRIS the barber! His skill, precision, and attention to detail are next-level — you can tell he takes real pride in his craft. My son’s haircut came out perfect — clean lines, fresh fade, and exactly what we asked for. What really stood out was his customer service and personality. He made us laugh the whole time, kept the energy positive, and made my son feel totally comfortable in the chair. That kind of patience and good vibe means everything, especially for parents bringing their kids in. I have been going to the Cherry Hill location for two years now, I moved to the area a few years back and absolutely struggled to find a local barber that meets my standards. I had a great barber over in Philly but it came with the neighborhood issues as I visited each time the neighborhood got worse, Joe hands down has the best fades and shaves in The Philly area not just South Jersey ( sometimes the haircut comes with doughnuts 😉)

My husband and I happened to be parked in the plaza when I noticed this barbershop — it looked so unique from the outside that it caught my eye. As luck would have it, my husband needed a haircut, so I booked an appointment right online. We were welcomed right away and taken care of quickly. The atmosphere was awesome — great vibes, great people, and we loved all the Sinatra photos! This place is an absolute gem. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone we know.

I go often there in the Cherry hill location. Brian and the other stuff are really nice people, they do a good job and they’d have a nice conversation with you during the haircut. I like the results. I usually take the razor cut. I think they do good job and when I go there I’m satisfied with the results.

This was my third trip to Joe's in Cherry Hill. I was looking for a change in hairstyle. Upon my first visit Joe greeted me and made me feel very welcome. My hair stylist Kim has been wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She explained to me how I had to grow my hair a little before I had the finished product. I just completed my third cut and Kim has my hair exactly how I want it. She is a great stylist and so friendly. I am so happy I made the switch to Joe's Throwback!

I recently took my son to Joe’s Throwback Barbershop for a men’s haircut and was thoroughly impressed. Joe took the time to really listen to what my son wanted and delivered exactly that—with great attention to detail. He even cleaned up his eyebrows, which was a thoughtful touch and made a big difference. The shop has a clean, comfortable atmosphere with a cool retro vibe. The service was professional and the haircut was excellent. Highly recommend Joe’s for anyone looking for quality grooming and personalized care. We’ll definitely be back!
