I’ve been going to New era for 10+ years, and I’ve been going to Dre all my life. Fades always crispy, lineups sharp, and he know how to cut exactly how you want it. Everyone in there is real easy to work with, always flexible, and cool as hell to chop it up with while you in the chair. Never rushed, never sloppy, just straight A1 work every time. If you’re looking for A barber that’s consistent and actually care about how you step out, New eras the place to go. No question.

My son's first time. We got to the shop early, even before they opened the shop. Only for me to see Barbers bring their clients from wherever to cut their hair. That's ok with me, it's kind of Appointment thing but nobody could talk to me and my son about anything, until we decided to walk out from the shop, then one of the said he's ready to cut my son's hair. Bad Customer service.

The person who normally does my sons hair wasn’t available. I called this shop to see if they could get him in because he wanted his hair done for homecoming. They were able to see him and I was grateful. I came back at the time I was told. It took a painfully long 3 hours to do half a head of short hair, two strand twists. Double the time it normally takes. My son said the barber mentioned she normally cuts. That’s fine, but maybe that should be disclosed. Initially, the twists looked good. But after looking at them when we left, the parting was trash and not even done they way we asked, and the twists were done so loosely that they were falling out after a few days. Barely looked good for his homecoming that was later in the week. Total waste of money! Some of the guys in there were friendly but the girl who did his hair was not. Maybe she cuts hair better, I don’t know… but I wouldn't recommend Ta for twists to anyone.

I was just there and a group of disabled people came, who I believe are regulars. Being as though I have experience in care taking of disabled people, I was amazed at how gentle they were with them. Yes the price is a little pricey but you have to remember they have an overhead that they must meet, and prices are adjusted accordingly. The conversation was good and professional. Don't let me forget how clean it is in there.

Dre is awesome. He was recommended by a family member and he has been great. I have been going to him since Oct 2021 and every time I am pleased. I even bought my Dad here and he loved his cut. It’s a local shop and I recommend the shop.

Went to see Mike to shave my head and trim/line up my beard. Probably the best experience I've had at any barber for a shave. Applies hot towel before shave, uses a vaporizer during the shave process and even exfoliated my dome after complete! Very precise with the razor line up of my beard and trim was top notch. Would recommend him for any of your haircut needs. Thanks!

So my husband took my 3 boys (8,6,2) to get haircuts here. It was a Saturday morning and they seemed busy but Lem took his time with all 3 boys and gave them all AMAZING haircuts with not one scratch or cut on their heads. My husband said the atmosphere was friendly and the place was clean. He was impressed at how patient Lem was with the kids, especially the 2 year old and he likes to move around alot. I love how close it is to me too!
