Came in for a men's skin fade haircut a few weeks ago and have been meaning to leave a review. Melinda was super chill and did a good job on my hair, I'm surprised there aren't really many reviews specifically on her. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.

Salon Fade is second to none. I usually have the same barber but, in a pinch I showed up and was paired with Chris. His attention to detail spoke for itself. Before doing anything, he asked my permission, yet his background and knowledge of the business allowed me to put my guard down as far as making sure everything is perfect. His confidence puts your mind at ease, allowing you to sit, relax and simply enjoy a very satisfying Saturday afternoon cut.

Marissa was my stylist and she did an amazing job! I haven’t colored my hair in over 10 years and my hair was DARK. I came out with a gorgeous princess pink color I’m obsessed with. She took great care of my hair through the process and came out with absolutely no damage. She made the whole process enjoyable. I would say if you need your hair colored go to her!

I moved to Jersey about a year ago, and went to Fade on a whim. Ava has been my hair stylist ever since! The salon is super clean, professional, and easily accessible (online booking). I’ve been to Ava for hair coloring, haircuts, spray tans, etc. and she does not disappoint! She’s easy to talk to and friendly, and always makes sure your comfortable. I wish I could give Ava & the salon more than 5 stars!

Fade is without a doubt the best salon that I have ever been to. Stephanie at the front desk is always so warm, welcoming and friendly. She is quick to remember a name and a face, and knows both me and my mom on a first name basis. She also gives a great mani! Ava is the best stylist! She always gives me the best Brazilian Blowouts, trims and curls my hair perfection! She is also absolutely amazing when it comes to makeup. Ava should be everyone’s go to hair stylist and make up artist, trust me you won’t regret it! She is truly so talented and professional, not to mention friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments at Fade and I tell everyone I know about them! 15/10 would recommend.

I had my hair done yesterday, and I absolutely loved it. But when I woke up this morning, I genuinely couldn’t help but to cry because of how much I love how healthy, shiny, beautiful, and soft it is. I have been a client of Ava’s since February / March of 2021, and will never ever ever ever go to another stylist ever again in my life. I have never had so much faith and trust in someone to touch my hair. Ava’s skill and abilities and the comfort I feel being in her chair has changed my personal feelings about myself. I am more confident, and a big part of it was finding the right person for me. I have so much trust in her ideas, skills, and endless talent that I did not have any set recommendations for her and told her to have free creative power to do whatever she thinks would look best. I wanted her to have some fun with this session, and I do not regret it one bit. In addition, every time I am there all staff makes me feel very welcomed and will also have conversations with me. I look forward to my appointments because it feels like I KNOW I get to see friendly faces and am guaranteed amazing service and interactions. Thank you so much Salon Fade for being a reputable service with amazing people staffed there. 20/10 every. single. time.

I had Ava this afternoon and to be honest it was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten to date up to this point in my life. We had a great conversation, and she was not thrown off by the conversation at all. I felt like once I sat down in her chair we knew each other for a while and we got straight to a nice conversation. I live in Texas and I’d fly up here again just so she could cut my hair again. 10/10 can say enough good things about her. She cares about the people in her chair. Had a great time.

I live about an hour away from the salon but after seeing their stylist Ava on Tiktok her hair was amazing I knew I needed an appointment at Salon Fade. This is literally the best salon I've ever been to all of the girls were so welcoming and very nice thissss was the first thing I noticed soon as I walked in along with the cleanliness of the place. My stylist Ava did an amazing job at capturing what I wanted to do with my hair from the color, the cut, the style EVERYTHING was perfect. She was super helpful on educating me on all the products and tools I should be using for my hair to keep it the way I would like. Super nice girl ! I will be coming back here and only here from now on. Then it was time to get my eyebrows done I haven't got them done for at least six months because I cannot find a place that gets them right and Cammy did exactly thattt like legit the best brows I've ever experienced . As you can see my experience at this place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so experienced I felt like I was in good hands the minute I sat in that chair if I were you I wouldn't go anywhere else to get your hair done in South Jersey 💕

Maya did an excellent job on my daughters hair, both in cut and color. My daughter had blue tips added in and Maya took her time and even styled it after, for a beautiful finish. We were both very happy with the service.

I would just like to start off by saying this is by far my favorite barber shop I’ve ever been to. The staff is so welcoming it makes me feel like I’m coming home for Christmas every time I step through the door. Now about the actual hair services, my personal favorite, John DeLuca, is unmatched compared to any barber I’ve seen in my entire life. Ive also seen the work of every other staff member and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend this establishment to everyone I know because there’s no place like home.
