That guy Edwerd that works there that looks like David Ortiz. He is very professional and good at what he does. I appreciate him. He took me as a walk-in and let me tell you. I had the best haircut in my life. I give that barbershop five stars.

If you want an amazing design I recommend Yomar He is dedicated to giving the best designs and is great at paying attention to deal He even will touch up the design a week later for free Yomar has helped me put a smile on my little preschool friends The dinosaur is their favorite From my experience 5 Star Barbershop doesn’t live up to its name I have been torn about leaving a review Although we have had a private conversation my experience has been weighing on me and I need to share especially after reading similar reviews If you want an overpriced haircut and spend forever in the chair go to 5 Star Barbershop I have called other shops that will do the design for HALF the price If you want your precious time to be disrespected go to 5 Star Barbershop If you don’t want a personal relationship with your barber and rather sit in silence go to 5 Star Barbershop Communication with Yomar is difficult There have been times were I have sent multiple text messages and left voicemails with no answers He has told me to send pictures of the design I want so he can have time to process a plan Because he doesn’t check messages my haircut takes longer so he can prepare Yomar has been 30-60 minutes late to appointments or hasn’t shown up Each time he has apologized and laugh making it a joke There has been times I have changed my work schedule so I could get a haircut Unprofessional! The last time I tried to schedule a haircut after numerous problems I texted saying I was done with him because I was too frustrated with waiting His response was “Don’t be like that” Disgusting! Each haircut Yomar is hyper focused on texting or answering phone calls instead of developing a relationship with his client Overall I absolutely love every design I have received Zero disappointments there Unfortunately I feel like Yomar’s ego is too high and I wasn’t valued as a client

The service was awesome the Barber (Artist) William was very professional and attentive. I 100% recommended him. The kids loved their haircuts!!

Brought my autistic son in for a hair cut here for the first time. These guys were awesome and took their time they did a great job on my sons haircut! We will be back here from now on!!!

Been coming to this shop for a while now. Setting appointments is incredibly easy. Theres times where its incredibly busy in there but they do their best for their customers. The 2 negative reviews do not make any sense to me as I've seen the guys in Pelham accommodate as well as they can, whether you have an appointment or not. Kelvin is my barber and I'd highly recommend.

This is the second time I've been to this place, both times have been horrible. The first time I went to a guy named Ray and he butchered the back of my hair and I couldn't comment for 2 weeks because the back was too short and it wouldn't lay down. I decided to give them another shot, but that I would go to another barber. This guy it was even worse. I don't even think he spoke English! My hair is not even close to what I told him I wanted. I said I wanted a fade and he gave me a half all the way up. I also told him to barely trim the top and he cut it way shorter than the last guy! Finally, they are not only bad at giving haircuts, but they also charge $25. Do yourself a favor and find a barber shop that is cheaper and you'll probably get a better haircut too

I was lucky enough to have been the first cut in this new location. Kelvin is not only a master at what he does but is part of a great team. If you want the best cut and be surrounded by an amazing group of barbers 3d kelvin and team are your guys. Congrats to them for this great location and dedicated to their job

This is a great barbershop. Thankful that this Pelham location has opened up so close to my work. The space is clean, spacious and sharp looking. All the barbers are welcoming, chill and really good at cutting hair (shoutout to my boy 3D!). They take great care of anyone who comes through the door, plus its so easy to sign up online for an appointment at any of their three locations. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent haircut experience.
