I've gone twice and these 5 stars are more then deserved. I accidentally took another person's spot, so that's on. The staff were kind and both the lady who have cut my hair were fantastic at giving pointers on how to keep my hair lookin' sharp. I will definitely come back! (Next time I won't take anyone's spot)

Don't ever walk in this place without appointment basically will kick you out, and say we can't cut your hair we have nothing available definitely if your new to the area your screwed.......

One of my few concerns about moving to Waxhaw from London was saying goodbye to the barber who cut my hair for the last 14 years. So, I can't deny I was a bit nervous entering Broome Barber Shop this afternoon. However, Jonathan did a cracking job... he's every bit as skilled as my barber back in England. It's great to see a proper, old-school barber shop thriving, and it's a credit to Waxhaw. Highly recommended.

I am an 81 year old Senior who as you can imagine has had countless barbers in my life. I even had an Uncle who was a barber although I can’t remember what I thought of His hair cutting skills. However I do remember the last 15 years of my 81 years in New York before moving here to North Carolina 6 months ago. The barber I was fortunate enough to have there I can honestly say was the best barber I ever had in my life up to that point in time. Leaving Him was a bit painful as He was not only the best barber I ever had but genuinely a Really Fine Man and Person. Well now that I’ve shared this ( short ) commentary with you I am overjoyed to let you know I have not only found a barber who is just as good as Him but actually a little bit better!!$!I never would have believed it if you told me there was someone out there better than Boris. But Tammy Moore at Broome Street Barbershop is The Best Barber I’ve ever had the Blessing to have in my life!! You can only set an appointment with her for Tuesday or Wednesday!! Take advantage of her expertise. I Guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Broome Barbershop is a fantastic place to go for getting haircuts. My young son and I go regularly and Jonathan always takes such good care of us! The other barbers are very friendly and really seem to enjoy working at Broome Barbershop. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a local small business barber who will build a good relationship with you, check out Broome Barbershop!

Miss the good ol' days? Step back in time while you get a quality haircut at a very reasonable price. Update: 6/18/2024 I stopped by today for another great cut. Thanks, Jonathan! Strongly recommended!

Jonathan gave my 90 year old Dad the VIP treatment. Daddy had just gotten out of the hospital and was in need of a shave and haircut!!! He enjoyed the Hot Towel Shave and haircut and just seeing Jonathan again! Daddy used to hang out with Wade Broome back in the day, and the two of them helped solve all the problems of that time, for Waxhaw!!! Thank you Jonathan! He will be back.

Hair cut here is simply Fantastic! Jonathan - the master stylist did a great work at my first visit. Reasonable price for a true barber cut experience. I’m so glad to find this place. Cash only.
