Michael is super awesome, Is very sincere and cares a lot about the clients experiences. Multiple times he showed me pictures to make sure that he and I were on the same page about which haircut J was asking for.

I visited this store hoping for a quick haircut for my daughter, but the wait time was excessively long. It was frustrating to sit there for so long for what should have been a simple five-minute service. I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future.

Yes I remember you coming in, in our defense you did not have an appointment and we typically operate that way. But Xzavier said he would accommodate you after he got done with his appointment. You can't expect for us to drop what we are doing to accommodate you. Thats a just a tip for any shop you go to.

Alex has been my guy for almost a decade now since I was in high school. Great guy and recommend everyone I know to him. Him being the best barber in Charlotte is just a plus

It is a nice place, everyone is friendly and professional, the dedication in each person to leave them impeccable is applaudable, it is our first time but I really have an excellent impression, if you need a professional haircut without a doubt this is the place, and although I didn't have an appointment, we had to wait a little, but they gave us a space, thank you very much to the group. Ahhh but if you take out your cira before coming it's better!!

I was not satisfied with my hard cut and believe me when I say I am not hard to satisfy but I take my hair cuts serious. He rushed through the cut. I do not know his name but he's the middle booth when you walk in the door. I'm not holding the whole barber shop available for one guy because the other guys were doing great work. I came in for a taper and honestly I could have saved my $35.00 and done a better job myself. You live and you learn right. Thank you very much.

These guys are official!!!! I came in looking scruffy and Alex hooked me up. I really appreciate how they don't rush their clients cut but instead pay attention to the details. Definitely will be getting my future business.
