I went here recently and got my haircut by the guy in the back. It was clear from the start that he didn’t care about the quality of my haircut. He rushed through the whole thing, was rough the entire time, and didn’t take the time to actually listen to what I wanted. I left feeling like I’d just been hurried out the door rather than given a proper haircut. Definitely not the kind of service I expect when I’m paying for a professional cut. Overall, a bad experience. I won’t be coming back.

Nereida gave me an amazing haircut! One of the best fades I've gotten in the Charlotte area. She took her time and ensured every aspect of the haircut was perfect. Her shear work was on point as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Great haircut every time. Tipton does an exceptional job of listening and understanding how I like my haircut. Him and Lisa are incredibly friendly and the changes they’ve recently made to their shop are great. If you’re looking for a tight haircut, Tipton’s your man.

This is an excellent barbershop. When i moved to Charlotte last year i was nervous about finding a good place because I don't trust people with my hair easily. My first couple cuts at this place were awesome but the guy who cut my hair went elsewhere to pursue new opportunities. I decided to stay with this barbershop and made an appointment with Lisa. She did a fantastic job! I wanted a slight adjustment to the cut and she was very accommodating so i came back a few days later and got the adjustment. Will definitely be going back to her again. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area who wants a good cut for a reasonable price!

I've been to this barbershop for the past 3 months and what I have to say is that this is the best barbershop in town. The environment, the barbers, and the atmosphere of the shop are amazing. I love the variety of services they have, the cleanliness of the shop, and they always have customers in and out of the shop all the time. Shout out to John he's been cutting my hair for the past 3 months and I have zero complaints, only compliments. I've also see the other barbers and they do amazing work as well! I'm coming here for the rest of my life and I definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I came into City Barbers Highland Creek location today and didn't have an appointment. It was my first visit. John was available in between appointments. He did a great job on my hair. He was very detailed and talked with me about what I wanted. The price was also very reasonable. I will return.

I have been going to Amy for over two years. She always gives the same, consistent hair cut while paying close attention to detail. She is phenomenal. City Barbers - Highland Creek always makes getting a hair cut enjoyable with our lively conversations. Lisa, Tipton and Joe are fabulous as well. Highly recommend this shop and every barber here!
