My son goes to this hair salon, and we’re always so happy with the results! The hairstylists are kind, patient, and really great with kids. They make him feel comfortable and confident every time. The salon is clean, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of getting a haircut with Grace this past Sunday at R&L Barbershop in Charlotte, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Grace is not only talented but also so friendly and attentive. She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, followed every detail, and the final haircut turned out perfect. It’s always such a relief to find a hairstylist who understands your vision and delivers it flawlessly. R&L Barbershop has a great atmosphere — welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other haircut salons in Charlotte, which makes the excellent service even better. Grace made the whole appointment enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism, and I left feeling refreshed and confident with my new look. If you’re looking for a Charlotte hairstylist who is skilled, friendly, and provides top-quality service at fair prices, I highly recommend Grace at R&L Barbershop. Rhonda made my day! I came in with something of a self-maintained “style” and she helped me get shaped up and squared away. Super good at what she does (and listening!), and everyone else getting cuts (there were like 10 other patrons while I was there) looked top notch as well. Great experience!

You need to speak your concerns. I had the barber named Royal, and he quite literally lined up my hair. Im not barber, but I know for a fact, my hair is not the type to be lined up. I practically got an edgar. I did not want, an edgar. I even showed him a photo before hand and even my 3 year old brother could tell you that the result looked NOTHING like the photo. I think he only used a guard once the entire haircut. He trimmed my hair like it was a gardner shaping the tall bushes with his electric saw. He also charged me 5$ extra. He barely used scissors during the entire cut, and EVERY other barber ive ever went to in the past year has used them. Please. Dont go to ROyal. If you do, make sure youre paying attention to EVERY SINGLE MOMENT of the cut. Or else you will get an edgar cut. I promise. I will not be coming bakc here again.

**Absolutely Fantastic Experience at the Barbershop!** I just had the pleasure of getting my haircut by John, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! His craftsmanship is top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The attention to detail he puts into his work is impressive, and you can really see his passion for what he does. The salon itself was spotless and exuded a welcoming atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen—no long waits here! The good vibes in this place really set it apart from other barbershops I’ve visited. I can confidently say I will be returning! Ruslan is a fantastic professional! Excellent manners, English language and customer service. Quality is the best, probably in entire Charlotte area. Will be back with my kids and friends.

Here you will experience skilled barbers at their trade as well as a fantastic barbershop experience. It’s the little details here that make the difference. From your barber spending time to make sure that you got a nice clean cut, a proper fade, or a great lineup. To getting that full service experience from head to shave. If you’ve been looking for a barber that you can count and rely on here you will find it. They have the best tools, products, and techniques that are hard to find in an American barbershop but common in a European experience. Here you get the best of both worlds!
