Ms. O gave me the cut of my life! Lines sharper than shattered glass while offering the friendly and welcoming demeanor of an old friend. Run! Don't walk to get your locs and cuts done by this master of her craft.

I went to Mrs O with the lady with the pink hair and she did a great job and got me right for the weekend, I had ptsd because she was a female at first but she changed my mind real quick thank you.

Was a walk in, an boy what a mistake I made. Barber took my whole beard off after asking him to clip wild hairs. After realizing his error tries to say just give me $25. Hand him $40 to which he hands me back $5. Guess he forgot about his awful mistake to which I threw the $5 back at him and stormed out. Rather not catch an assault charge over a horrible cut. Older man i wanna say (Black) was the name listed

Go and see my girl O if u want the bet hair cut ever. She is amazing and very professional at hr craft. I relocated from DC and I have had 3 hair cuts since June and I have not been pleased . I am absolutely over joyed with my cut and my new barber lady. If u r in the Carolina’s and want ur hair to look it’s best go to O at Master kutz in Charlotte

If you need a good cut for a good price from a great barber, make sure you ask for Ms. O! She always does a great job on my head. The only person I trust in my head with some clippers! And she has shea butter for sale! Go tap innnn

They should change the name of this barbershop from Master Kutz to just "That Haircut Place On Ashley Road." I walked in and came across a barber named Eric who ended up cutting my hair. He wanted me to pay $30. I said I had to be somewhere at 4:00PM and he guaranteed I would be out before then. He was a little aggressive with the clippers and with his directives of how he wanted me to move while in the chair. He was brushing me off excessively and kept getting distracted by other people in the shop which caused him to not finish sooner. He kept stopping and looking at me while using too many different clippers and one of them that he used was too sharp to the point where I started making face gestures and him having the nerve to ask me "they hurt foreal?" He was told in the process of the haircut that I wanted shorter lines on the side when he got to the end part which is doing the shape up and he just took too much time with it. He tried to get me off the chair until I had to remind him that he did not finish cutting off all my facial hair. He made an unneccessary comment about me having dandruff. He did not make a decent box shape up and the last thing was that he charged me $5 extra just to finish cutting off the rest of the facial hair. I forgot to mention he stated that his barber chair was broke and other things he had in his station was outdated such as the mirror and clippers. He should retire and I would not recommend for anyone to come here. If you come here just be prepared for mistakes by the so-called Master Barbers.

First and for most I'll like to thank God for the fact I was able to just so happen to find a Barbershop that was open on a Sunday morning .. Big Red did an awesome job while continuing to server the people of the community for 20+ years💈.

Family oriented barbershop of which my son has been a client for five years. Ask for Que or Red! My son has wavy hair and they do a great job of cutting it. We call ahead for an appointment and the wait time is short or nonexistent. The owner is active in the community and that alone is a great reason to support!
