Setup an appointment here and was an easy process, my barber cut out on me 2 weeks in a row so made a last minute appointment here. Darlyn cut my hair and beard and it was fire 🔥 faded the beard and trimmed it better than my regular barber of 3 years. Very happy with the cut and the welcome and respect I received here. Looks like I found a new shop. So if you on the fence try it you won’t be disappointed

We have been here a few times with our three boys and the cuts have been exactly what the kids ask for every time! Daniel took care of cuts on our last visit. He did great! Our youngest is 6 and he not only gave a great cut, but also checked in with him throughout the cut when using scissors, straight razor on edges and design as well as clippers. It’s a 45 minute drive from our house to here and is completely worth it! Highly recommend

Nelson Caro gave me a great haircut and was very professional. However, I would NEVER go back to this barbershop ever again! After leaving, I went to my car which was parked in front of the shop, and I had to respond to an urgent email from work. One of the barbers (dressed in uniform) asked if can hold my parking spot for someone and I agreed as I was attending to a work incident. Not even a minute later, this same barber became angry and began yelling at me to leave the parking spot. An argument followed but I eventually left as I have more to lose if I had engaged this person any further. Unfortunately, there are human beings like him that don't deserve the opportunity that they be given because they lack the patience and professionalism to be courteous to their customers. Although, I appreciate Nelson's professionalism, I wouldn't ever return to this shop again to spend my hard earned money.

Best Barber shop in Charlotte. Been a client for 14 years. Barbers are professional and clean. Clients have ability to make appointments. Barbers are well trained and offer many grooming options. Plenty of seating for customers. Would highly recommend this Barbershop.

This is by far the best barber shop in charlotte and surrounding. Ive been coming to this shop for over 15 years, and my son now for 2 years. Marconi and staff has always been on time. Great barbers that cut all types of hair for a great price. The environment is very clean and well designed. Make sure you check them out and set an appointment if possible, it makes everything easy.

Though they are talented barbers DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE NOT ONE OF THEM! I went here a few times over the course of 3 years when I was in a pinch and needed a line up. They overcharge (price listed is not what they charge) and then talk about how they overcharge you in Spanish. They test your level of understanding Spanish and then they try to take advantage of you if feel you don't understand. At least that what they thought they did to me. They will service their people first even if you got there before them. They have made it perfectly clear they are only interested in servicing their own people. If you speak/ understand Spanish then go for it and your cut will be on point *I never got a bad line up*, but why patronize a business that really doesn't want you or your people there?
