Came in, diego took me for my beard, sent my two kids.To two younger barbers, one was probably in the middle.Both cuts look amazing good price. Will be back.

The shop and the staff are AWESOME I can't say enough good things about them. They are friendly and very welcoming. My Barber ALEX is the best I would never change him or the shop

I have no complaints about the cuts and skills of the barbers. They all seem to do a great job. My issue is with the explicit language and random, extremely loud music. At least half of the barbers (and clients) are casually cursing (and using the "n" word) regularly. It's just not professional when you don't personally know all of the clients and especially when there are children in there. Also, about every other time I go in there, the music is turned up so loud that you can't even hold a conversation or hear yourself think. We all like background music to create a vibe, but it shouldn't all be in the foreground turned up to the max like you're in a club (also, the music will often have explicit language as well). Just some notes for management.

Worst experience. So my two kids and I all went in for cuts. Diego asked if I were waiting on anyone, which I informed him we were walk-ins. Well he sent my two youngest to this younger dude mid way in the shop. There was a miscommunication for my one son, but how/and why did he jack my son head up!! (Photo included). And Diego cut wasn't all that either as he didn't shape up my front. Telling me he didn't want to push my hairline back. Everyone who has cut me has never worried about pushing my hairline back. Needless to say I will never return here. Kevin, you need to get those young boys on point. They're going to bring your shop down!!

Very friendly team, and they were able to fit us in their tight schedules. My 3 boys are so happy with their new haircut. They are ready for school! 💇🏽‍♂️💇🏽‍♂️💇🏽‍♂️📚

I tried this barber shop a few weeks ago and was highly disappointed. I walked in and was never greeted by a single barber. I sat down expecting some degree of friendliness and never received not even a hello. Several barbers did see me and no one asked to help me. The younger barbers were to engrossed in dancing to the radio music and cutting up with their friends and clients. I thought this to be very unprofessional. Finally Diego, a barber, came over and asked if he could help and gave me a great haircut. He was the highlight of my visit. I will NOT recommend this barber shop to anyone.

What!!!? I got my monies worth. Not to expensive prices were reasonable and not outrageous like some places. The service was great our barber was real good. All three of us were very satisfied with our cuts. Even my seven year old liked it and wants to go back. The music, the environment was just...i can't even describe it I've been out here 3 years were from New York and I have been to quite a few barbers all overcharging and not cutting the way we asked to be cut. One Barber actually had the audacity to want to charges $75 per person the three of us I would have been $150 are you serious La Familia the price is reasonable my barber cut our hair the way we wanted everyone was satisfied if the three of us we was in and out wasn't sitting around for hours I can some places I recommend La Familia anybody I have already sent a few friends and some family members there and they're coming from Steele Creek area yeah La Familia keep doing what you're doing could you doing it well- The Flores Clan

Best hair cut my son has ever had. They listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly. My son who HATES the barber shop actually wants to go back to this one. I suggest making an appointment.

They were super professional. They were what I was looking for and super fast. I appreciate the respect they give me and my nephew with me being a female. Those are just rumors guys! I'll be back my friends! Thank you!
