Extremely hard to locate —not worth the hassle. There were no proper signs indicating where the shop was. I spent over 10 minutes searching the entire 8815 apartment building, which has only two floors. According to a lady I asked downstairs, Fade Factory is on the first floor. I followed her directions, knocked on a door where I heard someone laughing inside, and even rang the bell - no one answered. I’m never coming back. If you’re looking for a quick walk-in haircut, this is definitely not the place. Poor experience from start to finish.

Right off the bat this barbershop sets itself apart by not only enforcing social distancing but also granting patrons the opportunity to wash and disinfect their hands before they're seated. Although I arrived as a walk-in, my wait time was minimal before I was seated and cut by Phil. Having been in the Marines for the past four years, I have gotten a fade once a week every week at several different barbershops, however, this was EASILY the cleanest. Phil took his time cutting my hair and trimming my beard making sure to give me exactly what I asked for in a way that looked even better than I imagined. I will definitely visit this barbershop again for my next haircut.

Excellent experience. I have natural hair and decided to get a haircut. I didn't have any idea of where to go, so I checked Yelp for closest women barbers in my area. Fade factory was the closest, so I did a walk in and I met Tara and she was very helpful. Tara introduced me to Odell, who did my cut. He asked what my ideas were and if I had pictures. Quickly got work and the end result was everything I wanted. I definitely will be back for any barber needs in the near future

I’m new to the area and found the Fade Factory simply by looking up barber shops near me. I’m so glad that I chose this one because they are excellent! They are very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, I was relieved to find out they asked me to wash my hands upon entering the shop, and due to the pandemic, I was more than willing to do. I got my haircut by Phil and he was great! He did a perfect job of listening to how I wanted my hair cut and gave me exactly what I asked for. The fade and lineup were both crisp and clean. I have already been back a second time and will continue to come here in the future.

I asked for half the length, not to touch my front tape line, and a fade. The center of my head is brushable, the edges are “half” which gives it a very boxy Blade look, and my temples have been bald-ed down. I have job interview tomorrow. So yay that. When I brought up he cut it wrong. He then proceeds to tell me it’s because the shape of my head. Now, I’ve had this head for many years. 30 to be exact. And never in my life... This is the worst hair I have ever had. And I’ve suffered through some rough military haircuts.

Friday was my first time in Fade Factory. I was amazed at how I was greeted! Warm and welcoming, and told how happy they were to see me! I’ve never had that happened before! Such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, sitting in the chair with Odell and the laughs from our wonderful conversation. I WILL be a returning customer, and referring all that are in need of a quality barber shop

I am a first time client of the Fade Factory. My experience today was amazing! I came in to see Tara for a big chop hair cut after having locs for 8 1/2 years. She gave me options verses making a decision for me on cutting my hair. She really took extra time to insure that I would be happy. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the great conversation with her. I'm soo happy I found a forever barber and have already scheduled to come back. Thank you Tara. - - -

I rarely post comments, but this site is a great place to get a haircut. I've seen each barber cut all ethnicities. The shop is very clean throughout. You'll be greeted with a "hello" the moment you walk through the doors. Walk-ins are welcomed, but to avoid waiting an appointment is your best option. Tara has been my barber for 2 1/2 years and I've referred several satisfied customers.

Finding a good barber is like finding a life partner. Yesterday that’s exactly what happened, I desperately needed a haircut. I did a simple search and found the reviews for Fade Factory and decided to give it a try. I got seated with Jay, who was phenomenal! Took his time and made sure everything was to perfection! The place is clean, and the ambiance is perfect! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new place!
