Set an appointment with ease. My barber was ready on time. He asked and listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly. I had a very specific hairstyle in mind, and I also have a beard that I didn't want trimmed. He respected my preferences. Good communication, comfortable environment with tvs to watch. They only take cash. But, there is an ATM in a shop within a short walk from the shop.

I was lucky to find this place. Great barber Ms. V. Only barber in the city that knows how to use a razor and blend. Down to earth and laid back despite the barbers up front not greeting you when you come in. It’s all love in the back though. Thanks for always getting me right

Worst haircut of my adult life given by the woman in the last chair. Was on a time crunch and came when they were scheduled to open and nobody was there. Waited 10 min and left. Tried again a few hours later and got paired with her. Too interested in my personal life, wouldn’t stop talking to me when I’m clearly not interested, and then had my lines not sharp at the ends and the fade was not fading. No time for confrontation, I just paid & left. I did get to see the cuts of the other people from other barbers and they looked great. I won’t be coming back but PSA to new patrons.

Great experience! The appointment system works for us, our barber is waiting for my daughter n I. The atmosphere is good, it's a barber shop, sports talk n real life situations. 👍🏽

I visited this place a couple times to get a cut and to be honest they cut pretty well, but I have a very busy work schedule and it's always good to have more than one barber just in case the other barbers aren't available at a specific time for me. This shop has very poor customer service. One of the barbers here told me that they only provide cuts for their "day ones" and most loyal customers, smh.

The barbershop employees where helpful and they also got my grandson hair cut just like I asked big up to the gentle man that cut his hair he has a new customer now

this barber shop sucks!!! if i could give this shop no stars i would, Ive been to this shop 3 times and have had 3 bad experiences to the point the i was ready to fight someone. So apparently they only due appointments which is F##@King retarded i went there this morning and i was the first person in the shop so the skinny black barber guy that is in the front to the left i wish i would have gotten his name but this clown tells me even tho i was there at 9:00am that i had 6 people who had to get haircuts before me, he tells me this after i was there sitting patiently for like 40 minutes who does that man!!! i mean COME ON i left the shop and decided today that i would never give money to a shop like this the crazy part about the hole thing is that one time i actually called and tried to make an appointment and they still had me wait for like 2 hours the . From a business stand point of view why the F##ck would anyone constantly turn business away there where times where no one was even in the shop and these idiots still told me i had people in front of me im beyond done with this shop and the only reason i have continued to go back is because i stay across the street do your self a favor save your money find a better shop and dont waist your time with these THUGS!!! I never in my life have had more issues trying to get a haircut at a barbershop these guys are the worst i mean it too!!!!

I found this shop on Google while I am here visiting Charlotte, NC. The previous reviews is actually why I chose this place and I was very pleased with the service and hospitality. Warren and all of the other barbers were all great and I’m happy I found a place here in NC to bring my son. Five stars for me.

I went to Bladez for the first time today. The staff was very friendly, funny, and welcoming. Big AL cut my hair and I just looked it over in the mirror for the 3rd time. My Haircut is super fresh. GO TO BLADEZ BARBER SHOP. The quality is very high. The prices are very good.
