$60 for a 15min cut and beard trim that was rushed no razor no shave I could have done the same thing at home very disappointed. The place looks cool but the cut wasn’t worth it at all. There is much better places for $60

I’ve been curious about this shop for some time now, but today is the first experience I’ve had there. Disappointed is an understatement. I felt as if I was just another head of hair to the guy, he didn’t ask any questions and kinda just seemed ready to get it over with. I showed him a photo of the cut that I wanted and explained it was pretty much a low taper fade.. photos below… left (photo of me) right (photo that was shown)

After asking many many people where to take my 2.5 year old son for his first haircut, Ballard’s was at the top of the list. Thomas Moore was absolutely incredible with my son’s haircut. He was patient, quick and gave my baby boy a perfect haircut. He explained he also has a child a week younger than my son, so he’s use to kiddos this age lol. Dustin also cut my husbands hair and it’s probably the most perfect haircut he’s ever had. The environment is very friendly and open, the shop itself is very cool, a perfect blend of old school barbershop with new age touches. We will be making Ballards our regular haircut spot from now on! Excellent experience!

From out of town, I come here to train new hires for construction. By far the most intricate process I’ve experienced and not in a bad way. He was fast, efficient, and didn’t talk me to death like normal barbers or stylist. I’m more of a silence hair cut. I’ll be sure to be back to this shop every time I’m back for training. If you haven’t gotten the pleasure to come here yet, I do not think you’ll find a better quality place. Very clean, took me as a walk in with little wait time, young lady in the front was very friendly, and the barber Dustin knocked it out quick and clean. One thing- only place that used an air hose to get the lose hair and didn’t leave me with hair all over. Well worth the price. Keep up the great service.

Just an Ok haircut. Doesn't line you up, doesn't do hot towel, no frills no extras, basic haircut and beard trim $70 with $10 tip. Way too pricey your paying for the cool look of the shop. Otherwise it's just okay! Not going back, too expensive for a mediocre experience.

Hands down the best single barber experience I have had. I have lived in Finland, Florida, Georgia, Colombia, Kuwait , and South Korea, and nowhere else have I experienced the quality of service and such a high standard of professionalism. Ray was my barber and he really listened to what I wanted and explained his choices and how it would effect the look each step of the way. Go Army! Hooah!

I had a great experience at Ballards. This is definitely where I will be taking my boys for haircuts from now on! Owen was their barber and he did an excellent job!
