I brought my boys up unfortunately. It was close to home, we will not be coming back, terrible customer service. He skipped us and $60 for his services are not worth it. He was talking on the phone to someone and described his customers as clowns to the person he was talking to.Take heed and Thank me later.

Normally, I’m happy with his services. However, i paid 30.00 for each of my boys “Haircuts“.One of my boys refused to go have him fix it. I now have to spend additional money for his haircut to get done correctly. I’m very DISSAPOINTED. No refund was offered. We ill not be returning.

I am so sorry that you and your wasn't happy the picture that he showed me is what he asked for he didn't want anything taken off the top. But to say that I didn't fixed the issue is false your husband and your son came back in by the instructions of your husband it was fixed. In essence I did two different cuts on your son. So that's why no refund was given.

Before and after. 3rd pic on bottom is what resulted in the disappointment of a bad haircut. My son came in to get a fade on the sides of his hair so he can keep the top somewhat long. The middle pic on the top right side is what he got. Even if he had wanted his long hair cut, u can literally see how bad the cut is. It doesn't even look even…. I went in the next day to speak to the owner about the look, since I was not there at the time of the hair cut, and possibly get a refund but I was told “thats how he asked for it.” My son was so unhappy he buzzed his hair 30 minutes later. And no refund of the $40 we were charged for the awful cut.

I really don't like responding to false claims because you didn't come to my shop at all and I do not appreciate you slandering myself or my business. Plus you have the wrong price which further let me know that your son never came into my place of business!!!

Made a last minute appointment today with Rodney. My son went to Sports Clips at Waterbury Falls & K last night and they butchered his hair after I said we were getting professional pictures done. Rodney did an AMAZING job cleaning it up considering what he was left to work with. Definitely earned himself a few new customers. Thanks Rodney!!

Rodney treats us with the utmost respect as a client, and shows me that he has patience. He makes them young kids feeling like studs. He is very kind and does a fantastic job with Austin's hair. He is highly recommended by us.

Extremely Unprofessional and Hostile Behavior by owner of No Hatz Barber Shop I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the deeply unprofessional and hostile behavior demonstrated by the owner of No Hatz Barber Shop during my recent visit. Despite being a loyal customer and having waited patiently for more than five minutes for him to finish with the previous client, I was subjected to an unacceptable level of disrespect and aggression. Firstly, I must acknowledge that I was four minutes late for my appointment, which I sincerely apologize for. However, as a long-time patron of No Hatz Barber Shop, I would have expected some leniency and understanding, especially considering that I have always been punctual in the past. To my surprise, instead of addressing my tardiness in a professional manner, the owner became immediately confrontational. He began shouting and aggressively clapping his hands towards me, which left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. This type of behavior is wholly unacceptable and has no place in any customer-oriented establishment. Furthermore, I cannot overlook the incident involving his daughter's failure to honor a scheduled appointment a few months ago, followed by her dishonesty in denying that we had made the appointment in the first place. This lack of accountability and professionalism not only reflects poorly on the owner himself but also raises concerns about the overall ethics at No Hatz Barber Shop. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, fairness, and honesty, none of which were demonstrated during my visit. Given the combination of the barber's aggressive behavior towards me and his daughter's previous unprofessionalism, I was not shocked when he tried to beat me to the punch saying he was refusing service as my son and I made our way out. (He did refund me)This level of mistreatment is absolutely unacceptable and goes against the values of any reputable business. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend No Hatz Barber Shop to anyone seeking a professional and respectful experience. The unprofessional and hostile behavior exhibited by the barber, coupled with the previous incident involving his daughter, is indicative of a deeply troubling culture within the establishment. Customers deserve better treatment, and it is my hope that changes are made to rectify these issues promptly. As far as the quality of the haircut, he has an affordable price but remember, you get what you pay for! Rating: 1/5 The above review is based on my personal experience and observations at No Hatz Barber Shop.

You are calling me unprofessional In fsct I was very professional because I was on time for your appointment that you set what you didn't like was the fact that 6 other loyal customers called you out on your mess. At the end of all this you were late for your appointment time. So I move on to other customers that were waiting.... Let this be a learning experience for you in the future when you make an appointment be on time just like your is time valuable so is everyone else's.

Got my first haircut at No Hatz today. Rodney is a very skilled barber, super fast. and great personality. Fun atmosphere in the shop. Very happy with my cut, I'll be heading back there in 3-4 weeks. Great job!
