The shop was nice however the place closed without warning. Terri at Natural M was there for me!!!! Yes Ki ki is there but Terri was professional uses a razor and twisted my loc. If I had have known she was a few doors down I would have been coming to her. Tayler Made was never professional. She is open on Sundays. I hope this helps.

Perfect relaxing environment. Music to the owner's taste and volume. You are able to reset yourself for the next phase of your journey . Please save a spot for me. Oh yeah Nail shop next door. Don't forget fellows, it's ok to get the hands and especially the feet cared for.

As I watch the two barbers work, I also see two people, who I assume are employees, just sit on their phone’s. I’ve been coming here for a while and love the product; they know how to cut hair, but I always struggled with making appointments and walk-ins are very very VERY SLOW. It was going to be 3 stars but the last time I got a cut I was actually cut by the clippers. Idk if that’s normal or not but I prefer my hair getting cut, not my neck.

I'm a loyal customer, which actually matter. My son was a ring bearer in a wedding. I didn't know. Got him and out. Had to wait but only called hours before on a Saturday!

Finally got my hair done by the Owner Dawn Causey.... This woman definitely knows her craft! It's hard to get an appointment with her but she slayed my hair. These are faux locs.... can you tell? Nope the bomb diggety!!

Orlando cuts my son hair the right way every time we show up. Always professional and gets us in right away. I trust him and the barber shop with our hair styles!

Most of their barbers do not like taking small kids... My son looks shy but he can take a hair cut does not cry, as he has been gettin cuts and linings sence he was three, is five now. We were recently there and because i guess he was hiding in my coat we were ignored while 3 babrbers pasted around doing nothing.. My husband takes him there sometimes when he gets his hair cuts and I love the way they cut his hair it is always fresh perfectly lined with no cuts.. wish I felt welcomed to bring him back but after my last visit Im sure I will find Another shop that will take care of me!!!

I went to Tayler-Made Barbershop and as I sat down, one of the two barbers asked me what kind of a haircut I want. I said I wanted a short haircut. He then asked, “Short all over?” I said, “Like a military cut.” He then said, I’m sorry, but we can’t cut hair like yours.” To which I asked, "Don't you have a license to cut everybody's hair? Didn't you go to school to learn how to cut everyone's hair? Or are you discriminating against me?" He then gave me some non-sensical answer that's not worth repeating, and I told them that I'll just go elsewhere. Then the owner of the shop, who walked in into the shop at the same time I did, tried to stop me from leaving and said that he'd cut my hair. However, by then I was already extremely disappointed in the place because both of the barbers refused to cut my hair - not just one. Few minutes later, as I was leaving, the owner tried reasoning with me after by saying, “We don’t have proper equipment to service you.” This made me feel that this "Blacks-only" barbershop discriminates against everyone else by not having proper equipment for service of everyone. He then topped my disappointment by saying, that I can go down the street to another barber if I want, "but you know, he's got his winkie out, you know, he's gay." He said it as if I am supposed to watch out of the place because it's being operated by a gay person. It seemed to me that this guy is a bigot, and it was very disappointing because of all people, blacks should be the first ones against discrimination and bigotry. I am not gay, nor am I a white person--I look more like a latino or a middle-easterner--but I don't approve of this type of attitudes against any person, regardless of their sexual orientation or skin color.
