I brought my son for his very first haircut here and it was the best experience! He has textured curly thick hair and I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do but Jerrica was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. She gave me recommendations and she really eased my mind and did so amazing on my son’s hair - he looked like a new person! This will be our first of many haircuts at JD’s. Very clean, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing haircut! Everyone here was very friendly! Great environment to be in while getting your haircut. I will most definitely be coming back. Kid friendly as well. My son’s haircut was done super efficiently and looked amazing.

I absolutely loved this place. The energy was there, the girls are so funny! I would recommend my hair cut was great. Stop going to great clips, and sport clips. 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

This place was absolutely terrible. We had scheduled an appointment for our 3-year-old son to get a haircut. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited in the lobby alongside another customer. No one greeted us or give us any updates. No one ever came to the front the whole 20 minutes we were in there. While we were waiting, two stylists began arguing loudly about a coworker who hadn’t shown up for work. To make matters worse, another stylist was obnoxiously loud—practically shouting about a gift her boyfriend or husband was supposed to get her. After 20 minutes of enduring the chaos and trying to comfort our frightened toddler, we decided to leave. The level of unprofessionalism at this establishment was truly unacceptable.

We had a chance to review the cameras in the shop to see what took place, we also had a chance to review the appointment book. After review we see you walked in with another client 8 minutes before your appointment, you were greeted, the barber said “we will be right up” both barbers had clients in their chair, and would of gladly check you in when they could have step away from their client, You also only waited 10 minutes total before asking your wife do you want to try somewhere else from the time stamps on the cameras. There was no arguing about another coworker, everyone scheduled showed up to work today. We do how ever understand when people are upset they tend to exaggerate their side, good thing we have the cameras. We do apologize that appropriate but loud talking offended you. We also do apologize that from the camera your toddler who was playing on the floor with a toy was frightened.

I’ve been coming to Jerrica for over 5 years now. You cannot beat the quality of her fades, customer service, and atmosphere. I’ve even brought my son to have his hair cut as well. She does great work at a competitive, affordable price. The location of the barbershop is easy to get to. Download her app and book appts as she is always booked about a week+ out.

Fantastic new barbershop in Oakville. Hands down the best place to go in the area. They focus on men and provide high quality and professional services. I talked to both of the stylists there and both have many years of experience and you can tell in the results. My haircut was by Aubrey and she is simply amazing. She has figured out my hair and exactly how to make me look my best. Don't mess around going anywhere else - seriously a great new spot. I am glad I found it!
