I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your shop earlier today. Upon walking into the shop, I found one person present watching tv and on phone. To my surprise, the individual informed me that they do not accept walk-ins, even though no other customers were present at the time. When I explained that I just needed a simple buzz cut for my 6-year-old, the individual refused to accommodate us, stating that they couldn't even do that. This lack of willingness to provide even the most basic service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when patronizing a business. The treatment I received today was not only disheartening but also incredibly frustrating. I hope that you will address this issue promptly to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I value good customer service and hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve in this area.

These are the best group of barbers i know. Been cutting my boys hair off and on for over 10 years! Im licensed to do hair as well but when i don't have the time or energy, they are my go to guys! I don't have to wonder if they'll get it right because they are all masters of their trade. The name of the place is genius and they really do give knock out cuts and service! Consistent across the board since day 1! Thanks guys!

Love this place. My son has been attending this shop ever since he was ten years old and now he's 19... he's been going to the same Barbara ..this says alot about TJ. TJ thank you so much for being a wonderful Barbara and being so faithful. Now my grandson attends this Barber shop and his hair always looks nice! Thanks TJ.

Great place to get male hair cut. They are excellent! But I made an appointment for my grandson, to get him in and out due to his medical condition; they made him wait. Took others in before him whom did NOT have an appointment. Yes, I was mad. Sweating my a$$ off in a 105° weather with barely a.c. in the car sux.

A GREAT place to get a haircut! My first time coming to the shop Terrance cut me up. And he is the real deal! I love how they take their time.

Stopped in during my road trip. As usual I searched for babrershops in my location and started reading reviews. The reviews on this place were on point. I went there for a high razor fade and left with exactly that. Super clean fade with out any lines or blemishes. ......Thanks for the clean cut.

Amazing. I had Demetrius cut my hair. I told him I had never been to a real barber shop and he was very excited to make my hair look really good for my upcoming wedding. He paid attention to every detail and trimmed up my beard as well to look very clean. He really enjoyed what he was doing and didn't cut corners in giving me the perfect cut.

Really cool shop, great service and definitely the freshest cuts. Those guys know what they're doing. The shop always smells really good too. The Only thing i could say to change would be to add a stripper pole
