I can't say enough about Vanessa and her Barbershop. I've been taking my son and I here for years now, and every visit is done to perfection. The atmosphere is clean, the staff professional, and Vanessa a great leader of the all around service they provide. There is a reason they are always busy: quality creates demand and you get quality in droves here.

I’ve waited ten years to find a good barber around here. FINALLY a cut I can be proud of. Vanessa is as professional as they get around here. I’ll go no where else until my hair falls out. SUPPORT LOCAL barbers are a dying art and she has it.

I've been using Vanessa for multiple years and she just gets it right absolutely every time. Her pricing is extremely generous and competitive with your usual "Cuts" style salons. She takes great care with every detail and is easy to talk to while she gets your fade just right! I have recommended her and her shop to several friends, all who will now go nowhere else because they know where the quality is, and it's in her clippers every time!

I've taken my boys here since I moved to St. Charles. They see Brice, and he does an amazing job on their hair. I've seen Melissa's work too, and I wouldn't hesitate to use either one. Appointments are easy to make, and the environment is super friendly. I would recommend Modern Styles to anyone looking for good quality service!

Vanessa is an excellent barber and is always a pleasure to talk to. I have never left unhappy or without a very clean cut. She uses clippers with a vacuum attached so there is no mess or itchiness, which is great for when I swing in during a lunch break. Oil-razor shave on neck and sides after the cut is great too. Appointment only is great for planning and she always let's everyone know ahead of time when she will be closed. Also you can't beat the price for the quality.
