Don’t bother booking here with jenni she doesn’t show up and will have you waiting for her 15+ minutes until you eventually just leave

I showed up today at my website "scheduled" appointment at 10 AM with Jenni C. No one was here. The lights were off. Don't think this place is still in business.

This is one of the best barber shops in St. Louis! I grew up in the city and never thought I’d find another barber shop out of the inner city but Cristian is amazing. They pay attention to detail and I feel like a new man afterwards. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone and the prices are very reasonable for the high quality of work they do!!!

Worst worst experience. In past they do good but in recent times it was worst experience. They will do as their own style even informed before. That’s why they are loosing customers because in past it was busy, but in recent times it was empty and so many are avoiding this barbershop. Today morning I experienced I informed the barber and explained by showing the picture , but he did his own style and even though he did his own style but that too didn’t done perfectly the haircut and the beard.

Usually always have a good experience here and I’d hate to leave a bad review. But my time was just wasted. I walked in around 9:30 and was barely greeted by the one barber. I took a seat and waited for about 35 minutes just for him to finish and walk over to ask if I had an appointment. I said no and he stated that he had 2 people for appointments and wouldn’t be free until 11 so I left. Mind you there was no one there besides myself annd the guy who was getting his haircut when I arrived. Instead of having me wait why wasn’t I informed from the beginning?

I give it one star not because of the barbers.. the barbers are freakin amazing. I give it one star because of the scheduling! They do not accept appointments which is understandable but then it should be first-come first-serve basis. I waited for 45 minutes and two barbers got free but they served two other people who had walked in after me. One of them just walked in and sat on the chair directly and the barber did not even say there is another person before him. I have had it. I am never ever going back to this place again. I am not even going back to a place where they do not accept appointments. I have had issues in the past too. They had two barbers last time and there were a few people waiting. I was also waiting. Then one of them just abruptly leaves without any explanation. I do not understand why they couldn’t just say that there is only going to be one barber left. The wait times here are insane! If you value your time, DO NOT GO.. since there is weird favoritism happening on who they provide service to first.

I am waiting since 10:04 am and now it’s 11:00am , no one shows up. Wasting time and messed up my entire day schedule. I do not recommend this place if you are expecting them to maintaining time.

I’ve been following this place when first started back in 2017 and I’m still loving how much they progressed, and I’m soo happy for them that they are opening a new location proud of them !!
