Been going to Ramon for about a year now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. He’s always consistent, pays attention to the little details, and makes sure the cut is right every time. Super easy to talk to and the vibe is always good. If you’re looking for a solid barber you can count on, Ramon’s your guy.

Cancelled my Christmas Eve haircut last minute, left me high and dry. Did not attempt to reschedule or fit me in. Got a bad haircut from here the first time I went. Was called picky for questioning the fade. Barber told me some other guy on the floor was good at fades, implying he wasn’t. When I called in to ask about it they acted offended that I would say one of the barbers gives bad haircuts. Haven’t had one good experience here. Will not return. Edit: in response to the owners comment I appreciate you getting back to me tottaly get that illness happens...I genuinely hope Ramon and the family are feeling better My frustration wasn't the cacellation, it was the lack of attempt to reschedule or help while I was in a pinch especially coupled with the prior customer service experiences mentioned above. I'm sharing the review so others can decide if the experience is the right fit for them. thanks for your time, I know you didn't have to respond at all

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Anyone who knows Ramon knows how incredibly hard of a worker he is and wouldn’t just cancel on Christmas Eve with no reason. He and his family all had influenza A and were very sick for multiple days over that time. We at Metric don’t want to spread the illness to coworkers and clients… especially when we all have so many get togethers over the holidays. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience and we’d love to see you back in the shop!

Genuine staff!! Always great conversation and fantastic cuts. Full bar if you're thirsty!! Liam is fantastic as well. Super glad I found this spot

Cameron is the man! Every barber in there can get you right but my guy has been delivering top notch cuts. I highly recommend this shop! They have a bar you can order drinks and have it brought to you while you’re getting cut. Amazing experience, best in the city! 💈Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed

Hands down the best experience my boys and I have ever had at a barber shop. Nathan is extremely talented and professional. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are completely satisfied. Awesome atmosphere along with fun conversations. I highly recommend Nathan at Metric. You will not be disappointed.

We were in town visiting from NYC and needed to get the kids some back to school cuts. The staff were very welcoming, nice and helpful. They took their time with the kids and gave them fantastic haircuts! The only problem is now I have to wait a few months until I come back to visit to get another haircut. 🤣. They also make a damn good mule. Look forward to coming back here with the kids. Thank you!

Cameron is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. From the moment you walk into the shop, the place feels clean, professional, and welcoming a space where you actually want to spend time. Cameron’s attention to detail is what really sets him apart. Every cut is precise and tailored exactly to what you ask for, and he takes the time to make sure everything is just right no shortcuts or rushed jobs. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and about making sure his clients leave looking and feeling their best.

Hands down the best barbershop in the area! Continue coming here not only because Cam is the best barber I’ve ever used but the environment and atmosphere is fantastic. They’ll pour you a drink, have good music playing, good conversation, and even help you pick out the best product for your hair. Highly recommend to everybody and highly highly recommend asking for Cam, he’s elite.

I have been going to Salon Metric for over a year now and really enjoyed the experience. However, more recently I started going across the street to their sister store Metric Barber and Shop. It has the same sleek industrial style vibes, but they also have a bar where you can order cocktails! I enjoy going after work and getting the Moscow Mule. I highly recommend stopping in to get a haircut or shave and enjoying a drink while you are there.

This is the new barber shop my Metric. I've been going to Metric for a very long time. And the services here at the barber shop as just as top notch!! Ordered a cocktail this time. Smoked Old Fashioned.
