10/10 every single time! I’ve been seeing Tiffany for a long time now every month. I always look forward to getting my hair cut with her. She does a phenomenal job and the conversation is always top tier. If you’re going to Hudson & Hawk you absolutely have to get with Tiffany!

My husband made an appointment here and we specifically asked for someone who had experience with long curly hair. Walked in at 9 am and thank goodness the barber was honest with us and said he does not feel comfortable doing long curly hair. We appreciated that. But why would the reception desk schedule us with someone who does not feel comfortable with curly hair. It’s the businesses responsibility to understand and know their employees. He proceeded to say someone that does have experience with curly hair would be back at 11. We waited 2 hours just to find out that person was fully booked. A waste of time and poor management and customer service.

I love the atmosphere and the good conversation. My haircut was pretty good, I can give it a 9 out of 10. I decided to get a beard trim because I was growing it out and just wanted a good shape and foundation but that was the mistake. My beard was pretty much ruined and I had to shave down the bulk of it. The sides were like twice as long as the chin and some parts were really short on one side but way longer on the other. I'm honestly just more upset that I spent money on a beard trim when I could have done it better at home myself. Beard grooming should have as much attention to detail as a haircut. Maybe this was just a one-off but if the barber's skills aren't up to par for beard services they should not offer it. I would also recommend handing your clients a mirror after a beard trim so they can actually see it and make sure they're satisfied before sending them out the door. It's unfortunate but I'm not extremely upset about it, I don't need any compensation or anything. Thanks Edit: I also looked online at your website and it says a haircut comes with a wash that I also did not get.

Tehya gave me the best and most affordable haircut since I’ve moved to KC. Atmosphere was great, appointment started on time, and I can’t say enough positive things about Tehya. Will definitely come again!

I have been going to Jo for several years. I came over to Hudson Hawk when Jo transferred here. Jo, always ask if there is anything different or I feel should be changed. Once in awhile I let Jo add some cool designs on the side HA. I recommend Jo's services 100%

Ms.Tiffany.H was amazing, By far the best cut I’ve gotten in years. When I arrived I explained how I’ve gotten my hair cut the last couple times and the needs of my hair and asked Ms.Tiffany for her opinion on what to with it. I trusted her plan and She blew me away with the results. 100% coming back in the future.

Tylisha does a great job! She’s a true professional who takes pride in her work and always makes sure I leave looking sharp. On top of that, she’s a wonderful conversationalist — easy to talk to, genuinely friendly, and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Old school barber experience without the hard sells and gimmicks. Highly trained barbers and stylists that stand out in crowded industry. One of the best things to come out of Springfield MO is a long time.

Not sure what happened from the last time I went but I would strongly recommend NOT going to this establishment. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 3pm appointment that was scheduled to last 30 minutes. I was seated for my appointment at 3:15 and was “done” before 3:30pm. At first glance the cut looked great but I failed to see the back of my head which looks pretty bad if you ask me. The lines aren’t straight, the cut isn’t even, and so much more is wrong than I care to admit. I foolishly tipped the person who cut my hair too. I won’t be going back here again and will be forced to wear a hat for the foreseeable future so that I can avoid the jokes from friends/family about how bad of a haircut I got.

Good cut and good atmosphere, BUT bad customer service! How so, Been 4 times each time my barber has had to ask what we were doing and just couldn’t remember how to cut my hair. Great clips takes notes, and remembers! The fourth visit I made to the Hawk the barber said, there was a lunch meet to get to for a friend’s birthday. And won’t have time to wash out and style the cut today. No discount or gift card was offered for the reduction in service. Was as if it was NO BIG DEAL and maybe even a COMMON OCCURRENCE. Went in for the fifth time and the last! I was told to come back or reschedule due to the barber running behind 25 minutes or more. Again, like it’s NO BIG DEAL, to the guy behind the counter telling me. Last but not least you can’t even call the actual shop you are directed to, well not sure where! Hey maybe they can’t call out either and that’s why they didn’t start calling customers to come later if possible or reschedule. Or that’s part of customer relations and that they lack.
