Ty has done my son’s hair twice. My son (12) is super shy, and doesn’t always relay what he wants. Ty made him feel comfortable, and relaxed. He’s does a great fade. We will continue to go back. Really like the app. Makes scheduling a appointment sure convenient.

Took my daughter yesterday to get her haircut. She requested a short style with photo for visual. Her hair was the worse I have ever seen it! It’s uneven all over!!!! The crown was 1” shorter than back or top! The side burns he got uneven leaving a chunk of hair 1” longer! Heavily recommend you should NOT use this place! I’m so mad I couldn’t go back up there to show them the service we paid $40 for! Will NEVER return and hope you don’t get ripped liked us! Edited to show you DID charge $40 for her hair cut and there was the booking!!!! She was 16 and your business did in fact charge it and gave her a crappy cut!!!! Review camera and you’ll see how your stylist didn’t do a job at all!!!

Thank you for using our email to get in contact with us. I spoke with your daughter and we’re working on getting her in the schedule with another more proficient provider. The snow storm impacted us last week, and we’re in the process of getting her taken care of. The appointment was in her name, that is why we couldn’t find it. I looked under your profile because of your name associated with this review. The barber who did this service has been corrected and warned as well. Looking forward to getting her the haircut she wants. - Edited 2/3/2026: Krystal met with Tyler yesterday and received the hairstyle she loves. She emailed me back about the experience and I talked with Tyler as well. He was glad to meet her and assist. He is a pro equipped to handle many styles. The issue here was that this was a “Salon” grade service selected as a regular cut. As a barbershop, we do not specialize in Salon grade styling beyond a regular cut and trim cut, we have members who are able to handle this, Caylen failed miserably on his consultation, Krystal should have been directed to Tyler. That is why we took full responsibility because consultation ms before performing any services is crucial. I am glad that Krystal left pleased.

I went here spur of moment as a walking customer with 2 children. My children for the first time ever got the haircuts that they truly wanted. The lining could they did was so crisp and precise. I will never take my kids anymore else by far. Best place to get feed's any type of linework done I was truly blown away with the amount of time n precise skill that they put in and made me feel so welcomed. I made my children feel so welcomed. Definitely recommend for anyone.

The people here are great. They all spend a lot of time giving the perfect cut and are very detailed. Tyler, BJ, and Sammy are great. I definitely would recommend.

So I was there this morning at 7am for a cut and beard work. I didn’t catch the dudes name that did my work. But he has glasses and some studs in his ears. All I gotta say bruh. You did top notch work g. After this cut. I wanna make you my full time regular barber anytime I’m there bro…. Cole J

First picture is what my husband showed the person who cut my sons hair and is what we wanted.. the second is what my son came home with… I don’t know how this even remotely looks like the photo we did ask that the front be slightly shorter so his hair is not in his eyes. But that request does not match the whole back side of his hair to be chopped off, My husbands hair was great though as he had a different barber.

If you reach out to our establishment 816-503-8118 and ask for Darren, he is aware of this review. If this is an actual real appointment that took place in our establishment, we’re quick to resolve issues and make things right. Our barbers undergo extensive training as to not deliver this kind of service.

Terrible, I showed a picture of what I wanted, asked the barber named Ty to fix a few things and he was displeased with me asking him politely (I'm shy and soft spoken) to correct length problems. He cut one side shorter than the other in several spot and it's very obvious. I just gave up after the third time. Save your money and go somewhere else. (Or at least don't book with him: 1st chair on the rightside, walking in)

Hello Sharon, I wish you could have talked to our management before leaving. I talked everything out with Ty and he explained to me that you brought in a picture of the haircut you wanted, he provided the service according to the picture. It was a haircut with no edge up as he explained. Ty is a very seasoned barber and I know he can do better than the pictures I seen. We love to deal with these issues exactly when it takes place because we have those in management who are capable of resolving matters such as this. When the client leaves without notifying us, it doesn’t help us in resolving the situation. I immediately seen all the photos you posted on our business profile. If you choose to come back, please talk to Bryan, and we can definitely give a haircut that beats the photo you showed Ty, and the photos you posted online.
